Very Best maid service I have ever had ☺️

We tried Maid Envy for our STR in the Heights and were very disappointed with the outcome. Cindy, the owner, was very nice and good with communications initially. She set the expectations that Maid Envy is experienced in STRs and provides superior services, including their own spot-check inspectors. They charge per cleaning person per hour. According to an initial estimate, we knew that it would be a bit more than what we normally pay but we were willing to do that for superior services.We requested a 2-person crew so that they can finish the laundry at our house while cleaning the house concurrently. However, Cindy sent 3-person crew, and they finished cleaning before the laundry was done and were sitting and waiting for the laundry to be completed. We asked them to leave with half laundry still left to do so not to incur additional hourly charges, and we ended up finishing the laundry. We received HEFTY invoice, which was much higher than an initial estimate and almost double of what we normally pay. We thought that was just miscommunication and the cleaning work seemed fine, so we decided to try the second time. Again, the crew finished cleaning and was sitting and waiting for the laundry to finish. Again, we finished the laundry not to incur additional hourly charges. This time, the cleaning was not as good as the first time with lots of little debris, hair and stained blankets and pillows left behind. Surprisingly, the invoice was even more expensive!! We tried to address the issue with Cindy, but she claimed that the crew did more cleaning the second time and they would have done better had they have more time! What?!?!?! To sum up, we gave it a try twice and left with mediocre cleaning service with astronomical invoices, while we picked up after the cleaning ladies and finished the laundry.

Simply great maid service! Wonderful customer service! Very reasonable rates! I’ve used many other maids and maid services before, and they’re the only ones I’ve kept. I recommended Maid Envy to my friends and they think they’re great too!!

Ive been using this maid service for quite awhile now, and Im totally in love! They have the best rates compared to other services in town, and amazing Customer service!

All I can say is WOW! Very fast response time for a deep clean and they even sent extra people on top of what they quoted to get the job done. Customer for life. I came home to a spotless house after a crazy day. Ill be telling friends and colleagues about this experience for a while. Money well spent!

I am very satisfied with Maid Envy’s cleaning service. Their employees come in to do their job and they get out quickly all while being courteous of my place. Highly efficient. There have been several times that I needed to reschedule and their owners were willing to fit me into their schedule the next day at NO ADDITIONAL COST. This was NOT a requirement folks. Little spending but the service was excellent

Stop looking elsewhere! Ive struggled over the years to find cleaning support that I could rely on. Im super busy - business owner, mom of a toddler and 1 on the way. But, I like my home to be super clean all the time. The challenge has been finding a company that could deal with my specific needs without feeling like I was wasting money. I FOUND IT. I love this company. The owners are super involved, and the team that comes to my house has been nothing but consistently warm and productive. Im so very grateful I have found them! Exactly what a maid service should be :)

Cindy is very accommodating and nice to work with. The ladies know how I like things done and do a great job, even going above and beyond at times (like washing the sheets for me, offering to shred our documents, etc.)! I have high standards and once in awhile, I have to remind them of something, but they will gladly make it right. I also pay them to do extra things throughout the year, like cleaning out the refrigerator and oven. And I trust them, which is most important to me.

She took a lot of time over the phone explaining things to no end ... They did a good job it seems like they are a little disorganized with billing ect estamate time was 6 hrs but only took them 2.5 hrs.. They did a decent job but they were a little disorganized.. I probally would not hire them again

They were quiet, efficient and unabtrusive. They arrived early, but that wasnt a problem for me. They didnt freak out at the small horses I call dogs. They did a really nice job polishing the furniture which I must admit I dont do frequently enough.

Great customer service. Maids are very professional and thorough. Cindy has been very nice and accommodating to my crazy schedule. Definitely recommend Maid Envy to anyone that needs a maid, even if its just for special occasions.

I have been using Cindy and her Maid Envy ladies for about 3 years now. They always do a great job but if something is not done to your liking a quick phone call to Cindy resolves the issue; shes very accommodating when I need to change my scheduled cleaning time which I really appreciate. Reasonably priced and dependable. You wont regret hiring Maid Envy for all your cleaning needs.

C & G truly take pride in what they do. Every customer is taken care of like family & if anything is wrong theyll call you to fix it immediately. Plus the maids are paid a salary, so you can trust the cleaning wont be rushed.

Pleased with the cleaning however, the estimate and actual cost for a 890sq ft, not dirty apartment was over $220.00 charged to my card. I would have brought several customers their way but now, they have lost a good client and several potential new clients.

The ladies at Maid Envy do excellent work. Ive always been pleased with their work, and dealing with Cindy is a breeze. She has such a clear mind and manages complicated schedule changes with amazing dexterity.

My husband gave me a gift of Maid Envy service for Christmas. I did not use it until March 12th as we had some work done in our apartment and wanted to wait until it was finished.COMPLAINT: I had specifically requested that dusting be done even on some of the walls as dust particles had stuck to the popcorn on the walls. Not only was that not done, but none of my pictures had been dusted, nor the shelves beside our fireplace. I requested no cleaning be done in the tub/shower area, inside of stove nor vacuuming our 700 sq ft apt. They vacuumed and were we charged over $200.00. What did they do for 2hr/2 ladies? Our apt was not dirty, just very dusty. Did not receive a bill only the charge on my credit card.

They do a great job; often available on short notice; Cindy (owner) is always available if you feel there is a “failure to communicate”; friendly teams; good products; def will call them again.
