Beltone W.18th location is the best. I live in Pasadena, TX and I drive to this location for the knowledge and professionalism of this location. When I walk in, I am greeted by the lovely Ms. Eva. She is always willing to help and assist me with any of my hearing aid needs. Mike Silva is a very knowledgeable and experienced Practitioner. I have hearing loss in both of my ears, so I depend on Mr. Silva. Ive been a Beltone customer for a few years now, and Ive visited other Beltone locations. While Beltone employs knowledgable staff, Mr.Mike Silva is by far the best Practitioner Beltone has to offer!!! He was dearly and desperately missed during the Covid lockdown. I was disappointed with Beltone for closing down the W.18th location during that time. Beltone W.18th location is your place to go for your hearing aids!

The staff was very professional. My appointment was held on time...no waiting. Mr. Silva explained the process of testing clearly.I failed to ask for a trial of the hearing aids, but I guess that will follow.

Been seeing Mike Silva for about six months and he is one of the best hearing aid people I have encountered. My hearing loss is significant. The right ear is completely deaf and the left is only about 60%. Mike is able to tweak settings on the computer so that I can usually hear at least 80% in most environments. He listens well and is very patient. Mike is always on schedule and the people at the front are very helpful as well.

First started seeing Mike Silva in 2015 and purchased my first pair of hearing aids. I received great service and really appreciate the continued follow up over the years. Recently purchased a new set of hearing aids from Mike that I am really happy with. I continue to go back to Mike because of the great service he provides and would recommend him to anyone needing help with their hearing.

Mike Silva has been my hearing aid practitioner for nearly 4 years. I suffer from moderate hearing loss and he has fitted me with hearing aids that make my life normal again. Mike is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and always there for me in an emergency. Currently, I am wearing the Beltone Amaze 17 hearing aids and I highly recommend them.....but let Mike do the setup, hes the best.
