Ricky is one of our favorite drivers that is part of the Medbridge team. Always friendly and helpful when he comes to get us. Were always glad to have him as our driver.

This was the first time ever, since my dad got his stroke that we thought about using a transportation I called about 2 before calling Medbridge and the other places where so expensive. But when Diane came the next day to pick up my dad it was a good experience as soon as we got to my dad clinic I asked him and he said he liked it it was such an easier process instead of trying to put my dad in the car on our own which we were both getting hurt my dad and my mom ofcourse but I will recommend Medbridge and I will for sure call back again when my dad has another doctors appointment.

I do not know if any of these other reviews are authentic, but mine is & people need the truth. Firstly, they’re overpriced for the “quality” of their services. Charging upward of $300 for a 20 minute ride round trip is the epitome of absurd. Secondly, My father was expected to be picked up by 2 PM in the afternoon and the driver came at 2:50 PM. Professionalism, where? When he was picked up, they followed a route that was ridiculously inefficient which means the driver did not know the directions of the destination. On the road, there was a flat tire and the driver was hesitant and lackluster in decision-making that my father had to call the office himself to report the flat tire. They eventually sent over a second driver and by the time my father arrived, the medical office was packed and ready to go for the day. He was over an hour late. Fortunately, they were kind enough to see him after all the hardships. My father expressed his frustrations indicating this was the worst customer service experience he’d ever endured. This company is despicable and their incompetence to fulfill simple job duties was on full display. No person should be treated nor should they trust their beloved family members to hands of Med bridge transport! They honestly and truly deserve 0/5 stars.

He was very compassionate, checking on my mother frequently during the drive. I appreciate his love for his job and the care he showed us during the trip. Top notch driver!!

Arrived early for appointment easily managed delay on return trip appointment

Joey came by on time and loaded my wife into the van. He as cautious, careful and polite. He helped us find a place for drop off. He came back early to pick us up and delivered us home without a hitch. He was genuinely concerned with our situation. Our experience was very pleasant.

I really wanted to like Medbridge Transport - since I saw how many good reviews they have. The first time they picked my mom up they were 20 minutes late to picking her up from her doctors appointment. We decided to try them again and shes just been dropped off 15 minutes late to a different appointment. Very disappointed.

In an unexpected loss of my father-in-law, my family had to figure out how we would be transporting my mother-in-law who is in a wheelchair to the funeral home, the cemetery, and the church. Taxi cabs have been unreliable and have had her wait up to 4 hours & metro lift doesnt go everywhere she needs to go sometimes. Today was my father-in-laws funeral and there were 3 different locations my mother-in-law needed to get to. Not only did Medbridge respond in a timely manner a few days ago when we began searching for this type of transportation, but they accepted our finicky all-day schedule (in having to pick up & drop off several times in different places.) This request, mind you, was on short notice & not booked in advance considering our circumstances. We cannot express enough gratitude to David & his wife who were so kind, caring, professional, & passionate in taking care of my mother-in-laws transportation needs. As it turned out, the schedule we provided them initially did not go as planned being that the service was shorter than expected and the burial was as well. Low & behold we contacted Medbridge & fortunate for us they were available and able to make accommodations twice in adjusting our pick up times. They kept communication with us informing status of pick up times. They even built a rapport with my mother-in-law and my family making us very comfortable with their work values & ethic.We are extremely thankful as they provided outstanding customer service...truly above and beyond our expectations! I strongly recommend Medbridge Transport and look forward to using them again & again.

Hard to book sometimes. Probably because dependablility and great staff = high demand. Update: Pickups have been late last couple of weeks.

I cannot Thank Debra and David enough for helping me out of a very bad situation. I called Debra holding back my tears to explain United cab was a No Show for my elderly mothers very important doctors appointment. Debra quickly called David and David quickly called me. He told me he could help me out and he would be at my house in 30 minutes. David arrived 25 minutes later with a smile on his face. Truly Amazing! David was very friendly and professional. He took care of my mother as if she was his mother. David told me his wife says he drives like a old man and this is true. My mother loved it.We arrived at 1:10 for a 1:15 appointment. Truly Amazing! When the appointment was over, David was outside waiting. Medbridge Transportationhas a customer Forever.. Thank You So Much!

Fantastic transport with a courteous and skilled driver who knew how to handle a wheelchair van and talked about using ambulances during Harvey. Reasonably priced by comparison too. Will use again.

I feel like they stuck me up highway robbery... but I really appreciate my driver Walter. He made sure I got home safely after my procedure. At least i got home safely... that is what matters...

Horrible service. Driver was on time to pick my mom up to bring her to the appointment. After the appointment was over realized I was not given a dispatch number for pick up. Called 3 different phone number and was put to voicemail each time. Called 12 times with no answer. Left message. Driver was suppose to wait but did not. Told driver would be here one hour after appointment time then was called to say it would be another 20-30 minutes. Completely unacceptable. Do not recommend and will never use again. Terrible customer service.

David was so prompt on picking my son up for a Doctors appt. He was there 20 minutes earlier. Very courteous and I had no more worries about the transportation of my son. First time using this company for my husband appointment today at Medical Center downtown. I give them five stars, because they deserved it and hope I can give 10 stars. I was impressed with the driver ( Rodel ) very Gentlemen and kind. He came early to pick up us at home and also coming back home. Diana from the office even called me that if the appointment finish early they can pick me early. Happy for their service and I will be using them all my husband appointment and rehab. David has assisted me by transporting my mother to her 90th birthday party and a doctor trip. He is such a wonderful person and very helpful. He was on time each trip, drove very safely (I was driving ahead of him) and was so polite to my mother. I am glad we found Medbridge and David and will continue to use them for transporting my wheelchair bound mother. David made sure my mom was secure in the van and made her feel very comfortable.

I work for a Drs office and one of our patients is recovering from a stroke & currently uses a wheelchair. Yesterday a transportation company {STJ Medical Transportations} brought the pt. to her appt. and asked me how long before shed be ready. I informed the driver shed be ready to leave in 1 hour max. The driver specifically told me shed be back in an hour. The pt. appt was done in 3p min so she kindly waited 30min in our waiting room for the driver to return. After 1.5 hours I personally clld. the driver & she told me she was not picking her up b/c it was too much trouble to load the patients wheelchair since she did not have a van w/ a wheelchair ramp {this is the same driver who picked the pt. up and brought her to the appt.) I then clld the owners of the company and they informed me Ms. XXXX would need to find an alt. transportation co. to come get her. This poor lady was in tears. I immediately did a Google search and found Medbridge Transportation. They very courteous and had a driver at our office within 10min. The Dr. kindly paid for the services and our patient made it home safely thanks to Medbridge. If you or anyone you know needs reliable transportation please call Medbridge and NEVER use STJ Transportation.. customer care is definitely not their #1 priority!! Owners of STJ are Sharon & Tyron Jenkins... they should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible company and management !!!

Thank you to David at Medbridge transport for transporting my mother and I to her doctor. We previously used Yellow Cab, but I didnt feel like they were properly prepared to transport the medically disabled. One of the main issues when dealing with a non-emergency medical patient is making sure they are somewhat comfortable and that their stress level is low. I am happy to say that Medbridge made my mother comfortable, but even more - she was not anxious. Its worth the extra money to have the extra comfort and safety. I will definitely be using Medbridge Transport again and I definitely will be recommending it to anyone I know who needs a medical transport.

First of all David showed up early and on time to transport my family member which is very important to me. I greatly appreciate punctuality.While being discharged from the facility David was courteous in conversation and was always willing to help. He made the awkward situation easy going.The van was clean and presentable and the ride itself was smooth.Once at the new facility, David was a great help getting situated.I would have no problem recommending his services to anyone in need.IM
