Prompt service. On time pick up. Good drivers. Feel very safe using this medical transport service. New, clean vehicles. Have used this service since 5/2017 for transportation to/from medical appointments and surgeries. Will use them in the future. Thanks for getting us to/from our appointments safely, on time, and waiting to pick us up upon completion without us having to search for the driver or vehicle or place a bunch of calls to dispatch.

Excellent service and experience. My outpatient procedure (two trips) required that the driver stay until my surgeries were done. For a reasonable fee the driver stayed with me and all went well. Tanya my Amera Solutions coordinator was very helpful and informative relieving a lot of my concerns and worry. Oh, and my driver Omar was the best! I highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again.

The kept me informed with reminders via phone calls and text messages. The driver was early and called me to let me know they were early. The driver wasnt sure how the traffic would be so she wanted to make sure she arrived on time. Everything went smoothly and I arrived early for my surgery and then then the discharge nurse called Amerasolutions and the same person picked me up and took me home. I highly recommend them. I recently lost my wife and normally she would have driven me to surgery, so I used Amerisolutions and was very satisfied with the service.

I was so out of it after my outpatient surgery but my driver got me home safely, got me inside my house and safely in a comfortable chair. Thank you Amera!

My experience overall was very good. My driver was early for pick-up, was very friendly, and was also very timely for my return trip. My biggest concern was the pricing. My TOTAL mileage was 6 miles (3 miles each way) and I paid $101, which is ridiculous. I liked the service, but will only use it if I really have to.

Easy to book, quick response when the surgical center called and very reasonably priced. As a single person traveling from a different city to have surgery Amera was the perfect answer to my needs. The surgical center said they have had lots of dealings with Amera and think highly of them.

I cant say enough good things about Amera Solutions and their efficient staff! We needed their service three times in two days and on every appointment set-up and ride all went extremely well. Their pricing cant be beat, as well! The personnel were pleasant and professional, they accommodated our needed times to be picked up in the least amount of time and I really liked the way they had communications between the riders (us), the driver and the hospital. After I went to their web page I went to the live chat. I was instantly responded to and then they ask if someone could call me. After sending my phone I was called in less than 1 minute!After hearing what I wanted to know a packet of info was sent to my email. Very efficient since am looking at Corportate use.

Excellent transportation company. We use them for my mother in law. They are always on time, very professional, considerate and supportive of my MIl. She loves them. We will continue to use Amera. I highly recommend their service

Amera recently transported me to Dallas Methodist Charlton hospital for my Colonoscopy procedure. The driver Clarence was a total professional. I was picked up at my home at 5:00am for an early arrival check-in at the hospital.Setting up an Amera appointment is easy. I also had to contact billing with a guestion. Each time I called Amera I spoke with a live person that showed patience and a willingness to understand what my needs were.I have used them once before and plan to use them in the future. They also have the ability to sign you out from the hospital after a procedure, if that is required, such as in a Colonoscopy.

I used Amera for transportation to an optometry visit and they were wonderful! They were very professional, and right on time for my appointment! I will definitely use them again!

This service is not what I expected for the amount charged. Paid for a round trip.The vehicles are old & not well kept. The driver on the way out was looking at his phone way too much for safety. The car on the return trip also had a bad smell, not sure where the odor was coming from.

This booking went very badly and causes me to conclude Amera isnt competent to handle my business.  Your driver was a contractor.  First mistake.  Second, he lied about picking me up to your dispatcher then had no excuse for being so late.  He should be fired.  It took four calls to you to get the issue resolved.  Only because my MD could accomodate me coming in late was I able to keep my appointment.  He was 45 mins. late with absolutely no valid excuse.  For the money you charge, you need to ensure by whatever means necessary that they fulfill their commitments.  This is not ordinary taxi service, its medical transport.  You absolutely CANNOT screw it up, not even once.I have attempted to contact Elena Rivers, CEO of Amera, by LinkedIn to discuss it.  I will certainly do so if she contacts me.  Failing that I will use other ways of tracking down her phone number and calling her.Ms. Rivers needs to make changes to ensure quality control and that drivers are not lying about their whereabouts or doing things they shouldnt be on the clock.  I suggest putting GPS on all their cars like is done with trucks.  Also hiring contract drivers is a very bad idea.  There is no accountability or commitment.  Its like moving cos. outsourcing to local contract movers.  Very bad idea.I will not be using your service again and am rating it one star on various business review sites.  Frankly after your very bad performance today I should insist that you not charge me at all.  The only reason I dont dispute the charge is because you EVENTUALLY showed up only after repeated phone calls to you.Rating: one out of 5 stars and be glad you get one star.
