Scam!!! They sell poor quality of hair wig.

I been coming to Kim and brother for over a decade they keep me right when it comes to my wigs and sister washes and clean them wigs when you go to pick it up it look like you just brought a new one so get at them they good I give you 5 stars ⭐️ Kim keep up the good work

Ive been coming to Kim at Bethel Wigs on Stella since 2005 I still have the same two wigs. Never tangled for those negative comments I am appalled if you are not a hair care proffessinal you should not try to remove your unit. Kim has placed, removed and cleaned the same two units since 2005.Upon my first visit Kim told me not to use any chemicals and every two weeks it need to be removed washed and condition by her. I am a happy customer

These people are so unprofessional! My mother and I visited the store one day and were really interested in purchasing two wigs. The women didnt want us trying on any of the wigs, and were very rude and didnt want to answer any of our questions( very simple questions like can you due the wig and what lenght is the wig etc.). I understand people window shop but were were ready to pay for the wigs however, the customer service was so bad I couldnt spend my hard earned money at that establishment. The owners were so unprofessional and treated us as if theyre ready for us to leave the minute we walk in. I believe they want you to point to a wig, pay and get out within 2 mins. Were were only on there for about 5 to 7 and left. Our experience was uncomfortable and unpleasant. I wouldnt recommend anyone wasting their time or money. These people dont want business, I dont even think they wanted to speak. If I could rate this store without any stars I would. I wasted my gas and my time.

I bought a mens toupee on 11/20/18 . I paid $433, the lady said that she was going to style the hair and she didnt do anything but messed it up. The toupee now looks so uneven. She took the wrong measure of my scalp . She glue it on top my hair and didnt stay at least for 24 hrs . I spend all that money for no damn reason .

I purchased a Malaysian wavy 1b 14inch unit at $480.00 including application services. Owner advised I had two weeks to return the unit. Approximately three weeks later unit is tangling and shedding excessively. I feel ROBBED! I am very disappointed. I could have purchased the same quality hair on ebay for $ 178.00. Buyer be ware!
