I called several salons around town when I finally decided to try this out. I got the feeling when some of these salons answered that I was inconveniencing them for evening calling. Then I called here and got Carrie on the phone and they where so nice and scheduled my appointment. Amazing staff! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed like I had been going to them for years. The results are amazing I love it and wish I had not waited so long to get the hair replacement done. Thanks Carrie and everyone at the salon for being so friendly and giving exceptional service.
I have been wearing hair systems for 15 years now and this is one of the best places I’ve been! The price and quality of the systems is fantastic. Every system is different, but Carrie made sure to explain the process and the different caps and systems so I could make the best (and informed) decision. Carrie has been very accommodating to my schedule and always checks in with me after an appointment.
I agree with Sarah Davis and Kareem Ali. The owner (Carrie) does not take any responsibility of defective systems. Me and 2 of my friends who are currently their clients have been experiencing inferior systems now. Its also high time now they renovated the place as it stinks in the rooms. I am a client there and today will be my last dayThey are fine with you in the start and as time goes by they get rude oh and I dont mean the staff I mean the owner . First they get upset if you dont go on there monthly program and opt for pay as you go then God forbid if you keep the same system over 3 months then they get bent out of shape cause you are suppose to order and change systems every 3 months and they cant make money if you dont order...I for one cannot put up anymore with the owners mood swings there are other places where I can take my business and get better customer serviceAnd yes Kerry I am not using my real name but if you like I will reply back with it .
Take your business elsewhere, these people are complete leeches that are after your money. Trust the few reviews that are left about this place.First off, when you first try to order any sort of hair piece from them, Carrie (the owner) will sweet talk you and make you all these promises which she will for sure NOT deliver. All the things youve discussed about your hair piece such as color, density, type of base you want to use, and parting is a waste of time because your hair piece comes out different every single time. And do you know what their reasoning is? all of our hair pieces are hand made and vary piece by piece which to me is understandable, but they shouldnt vary so dramatically that all the MAIN things youve discussed isnt delivered such as color, density, or even length of hair. And if you dare to complain or address the issue about the hair piece, theyll somehow make it anybodys fault besides theirs. Because according to them, it can NEVER be their fault. They will find a way to blame you or blame it on the china company they order it from. If you ask for a new hair piece or to replace the one that they have ordered incorrectly, they will say itll take months for it to come in and basically youre stuck with the faulty one that you didnt even order.Theyre so scared of the products they deliver that they make you sign this small 4X8 piece of paper everytime you get your new hair piece that you accept the condition its in REGARDLESS of what condition they have handed you the hair piece in.They also dont even keep enough stylist (only 2 experienced ones; and one that doesnt know what she is doing) so its always a hassle booking appointments. If you dont book your appointment 4 plus weeks in advance you will not get the date you want, time you want, or the stylist you want.If the new hair piece delivered is defective or is balding in certain parts, they MIGHT fix it, but they will most definitely charge you extra even though its new and youve never worn it. On top of that carrie will always have an attitude about it.As a customer, you are entrusting in them and ordering an over priced customized hair system that you have imagined yourself to be in. As the middle man (between the customer and the china companies that produce the hair system) your job is to make sure that the company delivers what the customer wants. Instead, when things go wrong, Carrie just blames the china company, or the customer, or anything else besides herself/her salon. Carrie this message is to you, when youre playing the middle man, youre suppose to take responsibility when the product youre delivering isnt what the client asked for.Not only is their service terrible but they are located in a old torn down building that smells, has stained walls, dirty flooring, every corner filled with dust and dirt, and are always having plumbing issues. This place looks like it was built in the 70s and never got renovated.Ive been going to them for 11+ years, in the constant hope that maybe the next hair piece will be better, but it never happens. I also stayed because one of the lady hairstylists is a gem. This is my piece of advice to any future customers that still continue to take their business there and want to order a hair piece from them: write down what you want in your hair piece and have them sign it before you pay them for it to go into production so that they dont back out of what they promise to deliver to you.Good luck to anyone that still wants to go by them, and watch out for carrie.disclaimer: I created a new account to just write a review because I dont want my real identity out there associated with wigs.
Although i did not use them they helped alot in letting me know options over the phone. Saved me a lot of time.
