We had AJs Seamless Gutters install new gutters on the back of our house a month ago and they handled the rain great! An even larger storm system came through last night and the gutters performed amazingly! We are extremely happy with our purchase and will be reaching out this week to have them back to do the front of our house!

We just built a new home in Cypress, TX and the gutters that the builder put on our house were not up to our expectations. A.J.’s Gutters came out and looked at our home and fixed a lot of our gutters and redesigned them so we now have better drainage.Great customer service! When I spoke to the young lady on the phone she was very very helpful. All and all a great experience and would recommend to all.

The gutters were completed within 2 weeks and they looked great upon installation. That night there was a heavy rain and I noticed an issue with one of the gutters. The gutter was not sloped to the downspout so the water built up and spilled over the side. I immediately contacted AJs and they said they would send someone out to take a look. After a week, and some prodding, I received a call explaining that with the half round gutters they do not typically slope them to the downspout and I would probably need to add another downspout for an added cost ($150). They explained their reasoning regarding aesthetics, and later an excuse about the fascia bowing. I agreed to pay more to correct their poorly designed initial system and moved on.. I just wanted the issue solved. One month later after calls and texts it was fixed.I was irritated with the entire process. In any industry Ive ever worked when you make a mistake you quickly and discretely correct the mistake without charging the customer and you move on learning from that experience (maybe next time throw a level on the gutter). You do this because you respect the customer and reach that the individual has.I would not recommend this company.

When we had our roof replaced last year, we were needing to get all new gutters installed. AJs was recommended by a few friends, but after reading negative reviews I was hesitant. Needless to say, I am so glad that I listened to my friends! The response time was so quick and the quality of work was on point. It has been a couple months and a few heavy storms since installation and they are still amazing!

If I could give zero stars, I would.Expensive prices, lack of professionalism and horrible customer service. I dont think I could have picked a worse company. The workers were rude, damaged my plants, parked in my driveway and leaked oil all over it. The job took longer then they had previously stated. What was even worse was that they didnt show up a couple of times and wouldnt answer my phone calls. I would have at-least appreciated a heads up. Finally after a long grueling process the gutters were installed, then after a month the gutters started leaking. I called several times and have left several messages to no avail. I have now hired a new company and will definitely never be calling these Professionals again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

First make sure you get all your work done first because they can not hear good in they do what they want too!!! They don’t want to hear nothing you say and they all stick together in your word will not mean nothing I will not let them change a light 💡 bulb for me because they have no good customer service at all... Then had the nerve to tell me a paying customer he don’t want to get in a pissing match with me when I was only trying to let him know what was going on I really feel used took my money in did a piss poor job...

So happy I was referred to A.J s Gutters to put on the gutters to our new home. For starters the women who answer the phones are so sweet and informative I had the pleasure of speaking with the both of them. The salesman got back with me right away to set up the appointment for my estimate. He showed up on time the next day for the estimate which I was able to sign with no hesitation before he left considering they came highly recommended to us. They were able to get our job completed two weeks later which is understandable given the disaster our city just went through. All in all I feel they deserve an excellent review given the excellent experience and work they do. I will definitely be recommending to the family and friends.

I contacted them to help with parents home in Conroe. The rep came out and was friendly and gave a good quote in wich we went with. Long story short, they provided excellent gutter service. They look great and have lasted already couple of nasty storms.

Harvey made us realize our house was badly under prepared for heavy rain. After a great conversation with their front office, the sales rep came out and gave an estimate on getting our broken rain gutters replaced. The price was fair and they completed the job on time. Happy with the results!

After talking with Anthony the owner, he answered all my questions and concerns about their gutter services and he agreed to a decent discount on the overall quotation. I have awarded the job to install replacement gutters and a rain barrel (I did not go out for anymore quotes because I found his price to be competitive). I am currently waiting on someone to confirm the date of the job but since I requested a Saturday installation, its taking a little bit longer to confirm an installation date.I will update with my thoughts after they complete the job.

Not sure where to begin. They denied breaking my exterior gas lamp until I explained that I had a video of their worker doing so. The communication between the owner, the workers and the office is inconsistent and unpleasant to say the least. Be prepared to have delayed installations, possible property damage, and an overall unpleasant experience. **2 stars given because @least they fixed my darn lamp.

Unless you are prepared to wait 2-3 weeks, or longer, for an installation, look elsewhere for a gutter installation company.From the time I placed the order, until installation, was one day shy of two weeks. After calling, several times and listening to excuses, I was finally given an install date of a Wednesday afternoon. At the end of that Wednesday, Im calling and am, again, given one of the owners many excuses for failure to install. It is at that time that I placed a deadline on the installation which, had I not done that, I would probably still be waiting.During my calls, I heard excuses like, my man is in the hospital, Its too hot to be working, (Oh really, its summer time in Houston), and, this is a good one, My man cannot read the address on the work order and couldnt find your house.Finally, on the last day of the install moratorium, I was told the installers would arrive first thing in the morning, which I assumed would be 8-9 a.m. Finally, at 12:30 p.m. Im calling, with the answering service taking my call. My message is given to the companys owner, who calls and tells me his installers are in my driveway. Well, Im taking his call while sitting in my truck, in front of my house, and there is no one even near my driveway. For this final excuse, the owner tells me that his men had to go by the warehouse to pick up the necessary items and got held up on the freeway.When the installers finally DO arrive at my house, at 1:30 p.m., the installers apologize, and tell me they had a Reeally Big Job to do this Morning, and that they thought they were through for the day, until the owner of the company called them and told them to get out to my house, ASAP. Once on the job site, the install only took about an hour, and the install looks good.But again, either get an installation date and time written into your contract, or look elsewhere for a more reliable gutter installation company, one with more than one truck. This appears to be a one man, one truck company, with installers who tell the owner WHEN they will do the job, with a good web site, and an answering service, who calls themselves, The Receptionist but, you can hear lots of other operators in the background, with a different Receptionist answering the phone each time you call. If your install is not, A Reeeally Big Job, then be prepared to have your install placed at the end of the day or end of the week, if youre lucky.
