Texas Glass replaced a large pane broken window and repaired a silicon joint in another location. Our homes architecture is complex and this work wasnt easy. The crew did an excellent job, was exceptionally polite, and was conscientious with respect for our property while working both inside and outside our house. Additionally, we compared prices and Texas Glass Co - Houston was competitive (and lower price than the big name companies). Definitely a five star company!One thing to be careful about....there is this company, Texas Glass Co - Houston located on Harwin, and a different Texas Glass Co on Jones Road. My recommendation is for the company on Harwin.

I requested a quote through Yelp. I received a quote via telephone. The gentleman who called was very nice. I told him I didnt want Chinese glass in the car and wanted OEM glass. He agreed and said they only use OEM glass, which he explained was the same manufacturer of the glass that the carmaker used, but without the brand name.Installers arrived the same day and were courteous and respectful. They installed the windshield promptly but didnt replace the plastic molding that they damaged when removing the old windshield. Also, on closer inspection, I found a FUYAO Chinese windshield was installed. It even had Chinese characters imprinted on the glass. Outrageous. The OEM who makes Hondas glass is PGW. After all of our discussion about not using Chinese glass, this is what happened.These people lied to me and didnt complete the job properly. This is outrageous, especially for a company that I found through Yelp. I am now making arrangements to have their garbage windshield removed and replaced with a legitimate windshield.Shame on me for not looking at the glass before they installed it. Lesson learned!

I called them up gave to replace my backyard window an da. enw glass dinning table top. Ben gave me a reasonable quote, took my deposit, its been three weeks already and they havent still installed my window glass or table top. Ben doesnt respond to my texts or doesnt pick up my phone calls. if he does, he keeps making false promises and doesnt follow through. i have asked for my deposit back and Ben is not willing to give me my money back. Please beware of this company and owner. Dont trust Ben, dont pay any deposits either.

I have contracted the replacement of the solid glasses in my building to be replaced with sliding windows with this company. I was given the estimate before the job was done which relatively was a good price. After installation I have realized they installed premium windows with highest quality in the industry. I am very please to say I have paid half as much for the quality of the work I received. They have clean and broom the entire working aria. All the stickers were removed from the glasses and the glasses were cleaned from both sides. I cannot be more pleased and happier. They have done superb job I am considering to give a new look to my building and replace all the windows and glasses.Thanks again and best regards.

Great customer service! Picked up my vehicle at work, dropped it off when it was finished. They replaced my transponder and existing staff stickers that were on the windshield. Everyone I dealt with were courteous and helpful. The best in Houston! Would definitely recommend.

Texas Glass was excellent to work with from start to finish. I called them on a Sunday afternoon.I needed a glass shower door.I found them online, got an estimate right away and scheduled an install date a week later.You cant get better service than that. They were very professional and helpful, and the installer, was very friendly and knows his stuff!The price was more than fair as well. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing window repair/replacement.They are the best in Houston!

Tx glass company installed my glass on my 2005 Camry. I scheduled an appointment at 10:30 am and they arrived 15 minutes early. They did a great job, lifetime warranty. Would highly recommend. Great prices👍

Very poor communication. Always tell you theyll call back after you call them for an estimate but never do. And they dont reply back after you send them pictures they request. Go with another company who actually takes their customers seriously.
