They picked up a dumpster from next door, once they had it in the street the worker proceeded to scrape off the trash and dirt while stopped in front out my house. Once he had adequately clean his dumpster off he left. Not concerned about the trash and piles of dirt he left for the residents to deal with.

Was a quick dump and go. They take U-hauls. We have to pay $50 though

I called to get price for me to take about a yard of large stones. I go and then she charged me double the amount, $50.00. What got me was when she said I didn’t call them. She was the person that answer the phone. I’ll will never go back.

Poor service and highway robery over charging to dump and the old Mexican guy on excavator hitting our trailer 2 times then getting an attitude, then the other old white guy in the office saying theres nothing he can do so stay away from this place and people go somewhere else. Read the other reviews also to see the poor service and bad company that these people are.

Ruben Munoz is a terrible customer help in this company. He promised to deliver the dumpster on Monday if he gets the payment information by Friday before 4pm, I sent everything and he responded all my emails and calls before he gets the payment after he gets my payment no ANSWER VIA PHONE OR EMAILS, WE CHECK AGAIN THIS MORNING THE DISPATCHER RE-SURE US THAT THEY WILL DELIVER TODAY, 7PM AND NO DUMPSTER, NO ANSWER, NO EMAILS AND NO ONE TO RESPOND FOR THIS IRRESPONSIBLE ACTIONS! My bank account was withdrew without them deliver the dumpster, Our people has to leave the trash on the floor and if dumpster is deliver they will have to double work. ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED RESPONSIBLE SERVICE FOR YOUR BUSINESS or personal use and save some time!

Dumping about 15 roofing trailers a day there manager came out and try to argue with me about my load and over charge me for it waste of time and money just lost my business for sure!

HORRIBLE service. Do not waste your time with this company. They mis billed me. Simple mistake. Should take 5 minutes to fix. I called and explained the situation. Was told a manager would call me back the same day to resolve it. 3 weeks and 17 phone calls later. Nothing!!! Same story every time. Manager will call. No Manager called

We are a general contractor who gave Lone Star a shot at supplying a dumpster on one of our projects. They didnt show up when they said they would and also VERY RUDE office personnel. Wouldnt let us speak without interrupting us. Too many suppliers out there to have to put up with this horrible customer service.

Only giving it one star since 0 isnt an option. Very RUDE receptionist over the phone. Glad I dont have to deal with them to make a living.

Sitting here at their front grate @ 2:15 pm after talking to someone on the phone and confirming that could and would take my stuff and were open till 3pm today ... well no one here and no one answering the phones either .... dont waste your time, money, and efforts.
