Amazing, fast, efficient service. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to get in and get out fast. Good parking, easy to find office too. Reasonable pricing as well. 😀

They couldnt find my appointment. I took off for it. They wouldnt help me However lady was very professional about sending me on my way. Put in another request and still havent received email yet. Taking off again hope it works

There is no signage at this location. I tried calling to get help and they dont publish their phone number. After walking up and down the street for 20 minutes, I finaly found it. One I entered the building there was no signage. I had to take the elevator and get off on each floor until I found it. It was on the 7th floor, so that was fun doing that 7 times. Once I found the office, I entered and there were 2 other people waiting. There was no receptionist present. One gentleman told me that he had been there for 45 minutes and no one helped him and a lady said that she had been there for 30 minutes and no one helped her. I wiated 15 minutes and then I left. They should close this place down or the people who are employeed there should do their job. Hey, maybe they were out hanging signs?

Great location, just by the side of I-10 would have been 5 star review because the service is fast, but the staff need to be a bit more friendly and a little less blunt, great speed 👍🏼 need work on customer service

I showed up on the wrong day for my fingerprinting. In my defense their email was a little confusing. There was absolutely nobody in the waiting room and the lady was not doing anything but sitting around. I very politely asked her if she could squeeze me in - it only takes 5 minutes! She said that she had already squeeze somebody in that day and that she was on her break and that she couldn’t squeeze me in although she wasn’t doing a dang thing else. So lame. UPDATE - I went to the one on 610 near Reliant and they were WONDERFUL!

The lady I spoke to behind the glass was friendly, but this company is a bit unprofessional and will cause people to waste a lot of time because there is no direct phone number to this location published and the advertised closing time is incorrect. Google said that the location closes at 4:30pm, but when I get to the location, the time has been modified to 4:00pm closing with a marker on a sheet of paper on a door. I asked about getting an appointment to be fingerprinted and was told that everything was by appointment only, the last appointment was at 3:30pm and the lady doing fingerprints was done for the day. There were 2 other people sitting in the waiting room. I asked about scheduling an appointment there and the lady at the front desk gave me a card and said that I could call the number on the card to reach the lady who does the fingerprint appointments.. The number provided is one of those corporate numbers where they take you around in a circle, you cannot speak to a real person, and they tell you to just visit the website.

Efficient, friendly, and most of all ON TIME. there was literally a 1 minute wait and that was because I arrived a few minutes early. The whole process (fingerprinting, photo, pay, leave) legit took 3 minutes.

Super fast service. Arrived 15 minutes early and was seen early and out of there before my scheduled appointment time.

Currently waiting. The last person completed fingerprinting in 3-5 minutes. The time slots provide far more time than that for each appointment.She has plenty of time to help me now, but appears to be taking some “me” time instead.(Was on her phone doing the same when I arrived.)No one else is signed in or waiting. The receptionist and fingerprinting tech are chatting and laughing over a picture. Still waiting.....and she just turned on off the light, walked past me with her purse on her shoulder rolled her eyes and left.Yes, I saw the previous bad reviews on this location, but it is close and I hoped the employee that received all the bad reviews had been terminated.Nope....still here.....or rudeness is an acceptable/desired employee skill.Today is 11/2/2019. Signed in around 11:15.

The office is on the 7th Floor under United Protective Services! I was seen in less than 5 minutes from my appointment time. There was a sign that said no walk-ins. THE ENTIRE PROCESS took about 5 minutes so I was out of the building in less than 10 minutes. The employee who took my prints was VERY efficient which I greatly appreciated.

It was the first time I ever got my fingerprints done and I didn’t know what to do or anything. So, I felt like she was being rude because I looked lost. I wanted to ask her a question and I just walked in there and she started doing my fingerprints without letting me talk. At last since my question was about cash/credit card payment. She got so mad at me and said, “why didn’t you tell me before I got started.” She was rude. I hated my experience there.

Got to my appointment 15 minutws earlier just in case I had to fill any forms. Turns out the process is very simple and straightforward. Courtney guided me throughout the whole process, answered my questions and was very kind. The whole visit took less than 10 minutes!

It was somewhat easy to find, the area was clean and there was adequate parking with elevators.I also liked the quick and efficient process of taking fingerprints.

The lady there was very quick and professional.

Rude employee who called my name but didn’t greet at door so I wasn’t sure if I should enter the fingerprinting room. She got angry and said I should get up and go in like a dr office. Not a pleasant experience.

I made an appointment 12 days in advance and arrived 15 minutes early and whomever works at this location decided my appointment and time wasnt important and had already left for the day. He/she had no respect for the process and no consideration for the fact that I had an appointment and my fees had already been paid. I would give zero stars if I could.

Great place to go get finger print for any government job or Id. Also can get airport pass here.

Computer voice prompts will not disclose pricing. Lost a customer.

Fingerprint technician would not take a walkin. Overheard her responding sarcastically when a customer went to the incorrect door.Uh...the door that says IDENTOGO on the front of it.Very rude and unprofessional.
