Not sure why there are negative reviews. I have been doing tele health appointments for a few months now and they have been immensely helpful. Not only is therapy affordable and accessible, but the therapists are great and inclusive. I recommend Karitas to everyone! Edna Sabio in particular is great!

Need therapist for my 3 grand daughters. Followed procedure and booked via your website. Website declined all appointments and sent me email. I called. Seems a glitch due to it being 3 girls.... I was told the office would sorry the glitch and call me back with new appointments (have all insurance, dob, etc information as requested). Days later.... Nothing.... I called back. Was told she couldnt make appointments.... Her supervisor needed to AND also they were waiting for therapist to accept the girls as clients.Days later.... AGAIN.... nothing. Ive again left multiple voice messages and now this review.Id cant or wont see my grand daughters, at least have the professional curtesy of telling me so I can move on and seek another approved provider.Usually reserve myself to the old saying of if you dont have something nice to say...., but the reviews on site seem to get quicker responses than my phone calls and voice messages.... So this is a last ditch effort on my part to get them scheduled.Thank you.
