I made an appointment for my 5 years old son and when I contacted them I was advised the initial appointment is $150. I asked twice about the detail of initial appointment and I was told it is parent initial appointment with the therapist and then the kid. I asked her so both falls under the initial appointment and she clearly said correct.I left my card information on the initial forms and they charged me $300 for what I was told it will cost $150.When I contacted all she told me I’m sorry I can cancel your next appointment.I requested to speak with a supervisor she said you can leave a voicemail.No one ever bothered to call back.Embarrassing !!!!!!Totally dishonest and scam!!!!!

Great therapists and therapy groups. I highly recommend Ana Ince. Shes very good at getting you to uncover your root feelings.
