Everyone here is great. I see Dr. Heathman and he has really helped me treat some issues that I’ve been dealing with for a long time. He is very patient and works hard to find the treatment options that are best for me. He is a very good Doctor. 5 stars all around for this office.

The doctor is great. The office staff is terrible. No one ever answers the phone.. ever! No matter what time it is. And then they will either text you back or email your through their portal so you can never actually talk to anyone on the phone. It is so frustrating! The doctor tells me if you have any issues with the medication to call him. Well since no one answers the phone that a little hard to do.

I saw Dr. Heathman and finally got to talk to a doctor who took time to get to know my problem and took the time to really help me.It was easy to book an appointment online and the staff was nice.I definitely have recommended this place to my extended family who could for sure use his services.

Wouldn’t recommend you have to pay 150.00 everytime they change your medicine. I have been on a pill for 3 days and it has made me so sick. Doctor refuses to call me back. If I don’t pay the money they won’t change my medicine this is insane. I did reach out to y’all and still haven’t had anything resolved. Been emailing y’all for 3 days.

Took our money for the consultation, and then set up a in person appointment. The practice called the day before the appointment and told us they were closed in person indefinitely from COVID. Left us with no help and never called us back to reschedule.

It is difficult to find child psychiatrists so it is refreshing to find one who is compassionate and caring! The office staff and Dr. Heathman are wonderful and I can’t say anything negative. I definitely recommend the office and care to friends and family!

His posts are always informative, relevant, and kind; his comments and replies demonstrate the perfect balance of expertise and humility I would most want to see in a psychiatrist. I see that he approaches his psychiatry practice and patients with a sense of humanity, compassion, and respect. He is an excellent teacher and physician. Im not sure if its an office issue or what! When you call the office you always have to speak to a machine and then you get a call back. So, if you are running late, cant find the office or they happened to give you the wrong address when you made initial appointment....good luck!! Initial visit the doctor was very professional, communicative and very out going. At the end he informs me of the detailed diagnosis he will be drafting for the primary doctor, which I was pleased to hear. Well, 30 minutes later I get a vague 3 line referral with no actual treatment plan recommendations. I understood it was a mistake...So, obviously I proceed to reply to email reinstating the purpose of my visit and what the primary doctor requested. I later receive an email indicating: that is the referral we make and that if the primary doctor needs specific to contact them. Im sorry I dont need a referral. I needed a proper diagnose. At that point I felt like that was very unprofessional!!!

This was my first visit and definitely not the last. I would highly recommend Dr. Jared Heathman. He was calm, professional, and very easy to talk to. I was a little unsure about certain things, but he answered every one of my questions and eased my concerns right away.

Out of network for everyone always, have to cash pay then submit receipts to your ins co. But the visits we have had so far have been productive and they really listen, not JUST checking off boxes. No Meyers Briggs type testing though. Overall we are happier here than with the last psychiatrist that was in network.

I enjoy my sessions with Dr. Heathman. His professional, compassionate, and calm demeanor makes me feel like he really cares about my health. Let me be fair. The Doctors and Therapist are awesome and did help me to pass the storm. This review is not about the medical help is about the person in charge of communicating with the patients (ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS). In almost 2 years on going have not once returned a call or answer one . Just try it your self always goes to Voice Mail. She does call like a NINJA when you credit card is not updated. In top of that makes your experience very painful and ignores most of texts too. I did report it several times. Usually dont do this types of reviews do I get review 24/7 . However nothing has been done. I ask to release my records she ask me to send a release form. Ok? Look at the web and forms no Fax number provided at all. They charge 25 for a fax. I just dont need to keep dealing with her. Feel sorry for the doctors cause they are awesome! No questions there . What they do about this employee or not its beyond me. I informed several times and nothing still have been done to the point I opt to terminate my relationship. Probably are others that felt that way. Doing nothing wont help others. Doctors and therapist are Great so by all means this review has nothing to do with the medical service after the painfully experience you have to deal with staff.

The psychiatrists are incredibly caring and compassionate. When I leave a voicemail, I get a quick and pleasant response from the staff. Absolutely fantastic clinic.

I have have known a number of children and teens who have been successfully treated by them. I highly recommend this amazing team. They are attentive and compassionate.

My kids are soooo comfortable here. The doctors are caring and make an effort to build a connection with them. The medication is working great. Couldnt be happier.

If you say what letter?? that just shows how incompetent the office staff is. Neha Kalra however literally has saved my life. You dont care and simply deal out prescriptions such as Wellbutrin that can make a vulnerable individual suicidal. I will be sharing my response from you or lack thereof and all communications with other psychiatry and physician professionals that are my colleges.I am sure you will delete this but maybe someone will get a chance to read it before you do and they will seek help elsewhere and have a chance. THIS personified is what is wrong with our mental health system.
