Great place and great people!. My business needed a bigger space and looked at pretty much every coworking places in west Houston and TechSpace is by far the best. Their sales rep Tara was very helpful and patient, while being flexible in scheduling multiple tours. The location is excellent and the main building is great, with a beautifully designed courtyard. A realtor friend of mine said that back when this property was built, money was not a concern and it definitively shows! The office space has a really cool modern vibe and unlike of other places a lot of the extras are already included in the price, so no big surprises after the first month. You cant go wrong with TechSpace.

Loved going in and working at TechSpace on my last project. Its so nice to leave home, go into an office, see and talk to people! Yes, its very safe! You have a temp check at the door every day, everyone is wearing a mask when not seated at their individual assigned desk, and the TechSpace crew is cleaning ALL day long! Handrails, bathroom door handles, coffeedrawers, refrigerator handles, everything in community, commonly used space is cleaned several, times a day. I was very pleased and impressed with the efforts that made to make it as safe as possible. When one person discovered they had tested positive, TechSpace alerted everyone and conducted a deep medical intensive cleaning that night, to make sure there would be no issues. No more distractions and interruptions at home - I highly recommend them for those WFH and needing some space and focus time.

Ive worked out of an office here for about 9 months and have been super happy with the experience. The staff is always friendly and professional. They know our employees by name and are always available if we need anything! The space itself is modern and well-appointed; there are lots of places to work if sitting at a desk is not your style (but desks are available in all kinds of configurations). They put on small themed events (usually with snacks of some sort) during the workday a few times a month, which are always great!The CityWest campus where Techspace is located is also amazing, with gardens, fountains, three restaurants, two gyms, plenty of garage parking, and lots of outdoor spaces to work as well.

Increíble place with outstanding amenities. The rooms are very empty, minimalistic. The staff is extremely friendly and cater to you. Cell reception is atrocious with tmobile n AT&T. One huge dislike was their bathrooms. They stink pretty bad, it seems that there is something in the water.

Techspace is a wonderful place. Located within a beautifully landscaped campus with plenty of outdoors space to walk and clear your mind. Indoors is also carefully designed with ample open spaces as well as private offices. The community has a vibe of serious focused work balanced by a relaxed atmosphere when needed. So you will be easily motivated to work on your ambitions yet find space to unwind. The management team is top notch. There’s nothing improvised in how TechSpace operates. There’s a printed welcome book for new members. They are knowledgeable and keep a tight ship. I’ve seen how throughly the team assists all member companies, whether startups or established, making sure we all have the elements to succeed while at Techspace. You can tell the team loves what they do by their beautiful smiles and positive attitude. We are also spoiled with community building events either random or season themed. Thanks TechSpace !

I had a great experience being at techspace. I was here for three months only but was able to get a good feel of the place. They are located on a big campus with lots of different amenities, and a good cafeteria. The space itself was well designed. They have phone rooms, conference rooms, office spaces, and open seating areas and have different varieties of coffee available all day at the first and second floors. With a nice location in energy corridor and a friendly staff I would certainly choose this place again.

This place is beautiful, it is super upscale with a splash of modern inspiration. The ceiling to the floor everything just makes you feel welcome yet expensive. (Everyone loves to feel expensive right? :)) The site managers and workers literally embrace everyone like they part of another family. Always asking how they can help and offering refreshments that always make the day go by so much smoother. :)

I love working in TechSpace. The building is always clean and everything is always stocked. The staff that takes care of this location are friendly and go out of their way to make this a place that people want to be.

They have not handled the Covid situation from an operating perspective. Open office spaces need to relook at how they limit the risks to infections. Their pricing models needs to be flexible during this period of uncertainty.

Absolutely love this space! Id been working from home for a while and reached out to a few co-working spaces in the area. The experience with TechSpace was by far the best - I was able to come in for a tour that same day and Bobby and the staff made the whole process very easy.The space itself is great, with tons of options to suit different work styles, including spaces outside. Im on video calls often for work and had no issues with connectivity or wifi, regardless of where I was. I would definitely recommend this spot if youre considering a new work space!

I thoroughly enjoy working in a very beautiful, relaxed environment with green foliage and natural beauty all around. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail by Leena and Bobby - they ensure youre comfortable and accommodated at all times. If youre looking for a hip, modern space to grow your business, this is the place! I highly recommend TechSpace because even if youre shifting from a more traditional atmosphere, the staff makes it easy for you. You will find you cant beat the staff; they are truly amazing, and you cant find good people everywhere - you just cant. So many thumbs up to the team for doing such a great job and for caring about & meeting their clients needs.

Awesome work place, very clean areas and the staff is always helpful, nice. They do cool little events every month, which creates an awesome atmosphere for the place.

So first of all the place is great cannot beat the area that it is in. Its in a prime location. But we did not sign here my husband and I came in for a tour and we were toured around because we work from home for our CPA firm and were looking for a great space to work. The tour and all went well but the amenities are not that great and you see. The place has been renovated also there are better spaces that I have seen for self employed people around Houston. I would definitely not recommend TechSpace for people who are just looking for a quiet place to work. If you are young and into the hip and Millennial look then TechSpace is the place for you. Also the month to month rent here is outrageous and very expensive the prices will change on you and you wont even know it. I have a few people that I know personally who office out of 2101 CityWest Blvd. they have told me that they get invoices and prices are all over the place extra charges and fees and let alone no one actually corrects it. My husband and I will not be thinking twice to come here and rent out of this space. As I mentioned earlier only good for young hip and people who love to socialize.

We just moved into this facility. I am so impressed by the space and the management of the building. They have been nothing but helpful and very upbeat all the time. There is something to be said for that. The space is immaculately clean and spacious. It reminds me of a Google type of atmosphere. Very modern and hip. Outside of the space and within a short walk down a sidewalk is an excellent cafeteria, a gym, a Starbucks, a dry cleaner and even a salon should the mood for a haircut or shave strike. It is a quiet location and, for the first time in years, I am fully relaxed in my office environment and getting work completed at a much quicker pace. It is perfect for anyone who doesnt have their own office space as they can rent the space out for short periods of time should they need to have a meeting or do interviews and such. I highly recommend Techspace!!

Ive worked here over a year and its a fantastic business campus. Lots of amenities, beautiful and modern, plenty of places to hide away and work quietly and very safe.

I was very impressed by this location and the facility in particular. What a variety of uses in one building. Obviously all the tech one could need is available.

I am using the co-share office space for the past 2 weeks. I love the ambience at Techspace Houston. Great place to work and network. The team lead by Bobby and Leena are awesome! They are always interested in feedback and help me meet my goals. It is in a nice campus that has two gyms and a nice cafe. The cheap membership of $30 per month for member and spouse is a big bonus!

Ive been at TechSpace for almost 6 months and highly recommend this place. Its very spacious, has great amenities, and the staff is excellent as well.

This space is great for people who work from home but maybe looking to get a small work space. I’ve been here for about 9 months and the staff is exceptional. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. I have had a single desk office as well as use the coworking spaces. I like that they have quiet rooms on each floor for taking phone calls even if you’re in the flex space. The windows are fantastic for some good natural light. The campus is also very nice - a very reasonably priced gym with classes and a cantina style food court with very inexpensive healthy food options. I would certainly recommend it.

This is a great place to break away from your average office space environment. We recently moved in and love all the modern/techy details. Really brings energy and life back into the workspace. The food in the cafe is really good and even better pricing. The WiFi is fast and the building is wired for a fast plug-n-play experience. The staff is also very tentative and professional. I worked from Techspace with flexspace for a year before leaving Houston for work. I really enjoyed my time here and highly recommend Techspace. The staff has been great to work with. Definitely would work here again if I found myself back in Houston!
