I recently used OS National to sell my property. My escrow officer was Tina Chapman, and she was very professional and contacted me on a daily basis to keep me informed of the progress. There was an issue that popped up and was very stressful, which could have caused a delay in my closing. However, Tina assisted me with getting my issue resolved, and I was able to close on time. I would highly recommend using them.

Worked with OSN Title on a closing, escrow officer Brianna Bradford was not attentive at all wouldn’t return phone calls or emails. Funding after closing was a nightmare had us all thinking we had been scammed by how much run around and non communication we got. Very very unprofessional.

DO NOT do business with this location. They are unresponsive to phone calls, emails, and texts since our property closed one month ago. They made several HUGE boo boos during our closing: 1) incorrect addresses were placed on our documents therefore we never received expected mail. 2) they sent the money intended to pay for our insurance for the year but did not act further when, after one month, that check to the insurance was never cashed, causing us to be hounded by the insurance for non-payment. 3) when we were signing closing documents, the paper apparently ran out on their printer, and it was not until hours later that the title person called us and drove 100 miles, round trip to bring use the rest of the closing papers. Diligence at the time of interaction is the standard of all professionals. Sometimes people make mistakes. But THIS repeated series of boo boos prompts me to write this review. Being nice does not make up for real, genuine problems. And now no one is answering a text, an email or the phone. DO NOT DO BIZ with this company.

Worst closing experience ever! My seller agreed to use this title company at buyers expense to save some money and what a nightmare! Every time I had a question about how the file was moving along I had to wait days for an answer: and I asked via email and voicemail. They decided to work directly with the seller and so as her representative, I had no clue what was going on. The day before funding a DA was sent to them with commission disbursement instructions-and less than 24 hrs later they were asking how we should be paid. So unorganized and unprofessional. Never again
