Great American is by far the best title co. Karen always answers the phone so cheerfully, no matter how many times a day I call. Misty Ivey is always helpful, she always answers all of mine and my clients questions, or works really hard to get the answer for me. Misty and her team are always working, even at night and on the weekends, you can tell they really take pride in making sure their clients transactions go smoothly. Misty Ivey is very rude and uninformative. Dont dare ask any questions or she will get annoyed with your ignorance. My son is a first time home buyer and she didnt keep him informed of anything that was going on with his transaction so I called her and she just yelled at me and wouldnt give me a chance to talk. Her supervisor wouldnt even take my calls either so I could talk to her about it. They have no business dealing with the public.

Misty has always treated me with respect and been available for any questions that I’ve ever had. I can’t think of a single way my experience could have been better.
