Carl was amazing. The staff at this location was helpful, respectful and had a great knowledge of what equipment would work best with our project.He even helped me load it. Then when our project ( which was originally to take 2 days ) was extended by our customer, Carl moved our rental to month and pro rated the days already rented so it was more cost effective for us.

I called at 3:30 to check the availability of a device and was told by the national call center that the unit was available and that the store was open until 5. I drove an hour across Houston. And got to the store at 4:20. The store front has a bunch of paper taped to the foor with numbers to call for service not on the website. I was told to check my voicemail and that the store had closed at 4. Nick left me a voicemail telling me to call him at 4:01. I am dissatisfied with the service of this brand and company.

This place is the only in Houston with all the equipment needed for floor jobs. They have grinders, polishers, blasters and anything else you may need to work on concrete floors. Great customer service !

This place is awesome! The wonderful people working there is second to none, especially Carl! He allowed me to be a the test bunny to try out a new floor cleaner the company was possibly going to aquire. He and his partner delivered it AND showed me how to use it. It was AMAZING!!!!! It cleaned up Hurricane Harvey dirty filmy floors! With a day and a half worth of work, (1359 SF of tile floors) that device saved me over a thousand dollars that I didnt have! I didnt have to hire a cleaning company to clean my floors, I did it myself! I will most likely rent this device at least once a year to keep my floors looking amazing. Thank you Sunbelt and thank you from the bottom of my heart Carl.. you were/are a lifesaver to me...☺️
