HSE Contractors are great to work with. Good rates for the work done. Finished the first project in under 30 days just like they said they would. Never had a construction project finish when promised so this was a first! Extremely happy with all of the work theyve done. Ive even had them do some modeling for several new projects scheduled for completion by end of next year. Engineer was very nice and Hany is a pleasure to work with.
We brought on HSE Contractors to provide training on Microsoft Project and ended up having to cut the training short due to ineffectiveness. While trying to reschedule we determined that HSE was just not going to be able to provide the quality of training that we needed and had to go another route. I do not recommend, we will be looking for an different company.
This company is absolutely terrible. I have a construction company and HSE stole $7290 from me by providing no value and never conducting the Microsoft Project training. They communicated very poorly and their trainer new very little about Microsoft Project. I canceled the training after 1 hour. Please save your money and use another consultant!
We decided to use HSE Contractors to educate and train us on how to utilize Microsoft Project further. Unfortunately, that was our first mistake. After over an hour on zoom training the only thing we learned was that HSE was to never be used by our company again for their lack of professionalism. Complete waste of time. The consultant would go quiet so often we had to ask if he was still present. This training was on how to utilize Microsoft Project further than the basic scheduling we already know. The consultant was going on and on explaining basic training. THAT WAS NOT WHAT THE TRAINING WAS TO INTEL. Keep in mind the training is timed so there was little to no time to waste on information we already obtain. At one point our VP asked the consultant to show us how to incorporate budgeting into the schedule and before he could finish talking he said YEA, LATER! He was extremely unprepared (as he mentioned at the beginning of the training), as he is speaking he starts becoming more and more rude. We kindly told the gentleman that this is not working for us and if we can reschedule, mainly because he was unprepared and what it seemed like didnt know what he was suppose to even be training us on. The worst part of it all they refuse to refund us our money. I can go on and on, but overall the biggest waste of time. I suggest you go elsewhere when looking for proper training. Youre better off going on youtube. At least there you will leave with some beneficial information unlike our company did when attempting to receive training from HSE Contractors.
Since we onboarded, this schedule is now receiving the attention to detail it requires, and this would have not been possible without your help. We sincerely appreciate your involvement in these multiple (and complex) projects and we fully endorse your services at the enterprise level for other large government agencies. Respectfully, - B. Jason, Intelligence Operations & Coordination Center for the US Custom & Border Patrol
Our training occurred during the COVID pandemic and was original scheduled in March. HSE was extremely unhelpful as to how to accommodate to a virtual training. I have worked with several technology companies that are able to do all training via webinar. HSE then changed our trainer to a gentleman that was unable to have clear language communication. It was extremely hard to understand him.He came to the training with 20 employees with no agenda nor structure. We paid them a large sum of money to have them teach us, not us teach them. We continued to try to stay on the call for 1.5hr and the entire time the guy continued to try to argue with our VP in front of all of the project employees in regards to his lack of knowledge of his own product. The training in all honesty was a complete waste of time. With payroll at more than $30/hr per employee, I feel our employees should be reimbursed for their payroll time stolen and my companies fee that was paid.I have sat through many of trainings and webinars and this by far was the worst customer service, training procedures, and technology company structure. Please go YOUTUBE and train yourself before ever paying this company. You can learn more in the first minute than you can with them. Especially when they provide an outsourced trainer.
As clueless as the gentleman clad in suit-and-tie and crooked hard hat looks in the advertisement photo above, so too was my team when we had absolute misfortune of enduring a (purposely cut short) Microsoft Project “training” session with one of HSE’s “consultants”.How can you, in good conscience, brand yourself as “Your #1 Source for Construction Consulting” when your presentation began by qualifying that this was “last minute” and that you “are a bit unprepared”? Are you serious? You certainly were WELL-prepared to accept payment for your “training”.For anybody else who is in the market and happens to read this review: Save your company’s money; look elsewhere. Like, ANYWHERE else.Because once you too are dissatisfied with HSE’s “services”, you won’t be getting a refund either. What a joke.
Our engineering firm would have worked with them a lot sooner if wed known they were in Houston last year. First time in a long time weve met a scheduler that can get a project scoped with this many moving parts, touching govt and non govt project aspects. Great job.
Our company recently hired HSE Contractors to further our knowledge of Microsoft Project. Even though our training was scheduled during the COVID pandemic, it was scheduled very far in advance so we assumed HSE would still provide a quality trained professional to conduct the training with us via online platform. Our training began roughly 30-45 minutes behind the scheduled time due to the online platform not being capable of handling the amount of attendees (which HSE new well beforehand), so we switched to another platform to get started. So after already wasting around an hour of everyone`s time, the trainer began. I believe in the two hours we attended this training before telling them we wouldnt be wasting additional time, not one of the 12+ attendees from our company can say we learned anything from this except it is proper etiquette to mute your mic if you are going to breathe in it for 10+min without speaking or doing anything! Which is about all we can say we got from the trainer at HSE!I would absolutely not use or recommend HSE for anything again!
