Please do not use this company!!! I had gotten a boundary survey done a few years ago by this company Amani Engineering, talked to the owner Prasad Kolluru who originally helped me. Being a few years that had passed I wasn’t able to find a copy of the survey, thought to myself let me call the company that had originally done the boundary survey and request a PDF copy emailed to me. No luck with these guys for help what so ever! The owner Prasad suggested for me to get another survey done from another company since he does not have the time to look for my old survey and also does not have time to do another survey for me(when willing to pay for another survey). I don’t seem to understand how unprofessional they seem to operate. Suggested it might cost a $1000 to look for my survey, or even would be better to call another company to use. It seems they really don’t care about their old customers. Prasad and the Amani Engineering team really need some consulting on how to treat their customers! They say that they are also construction managers? What a joke, they can’t seem to manage their own office records!
