Report these people they are supposed to be labor finders. Instead they are keep iij ng the jobs for people they like and know. Im gonna make sure they are reported to the labor department
We had to find some labor when my company was stripping a warehouse in Houston. They were able to get the workers for us the next day (could have been faster) and had very good rates. The branch manager Topher was very professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about the success of our business.I would recommend them to anybody who needs to find some temporary hands for a job they are doing.
Second time in a month that I have requested 2 laborers and two times second person did not show because of “ car accident”Requested two men because of heavy lifting material and was sent only one manWas accused of being sexist.
I work for a transportation company and we hired labor finders to help us load motorcycles in various locations and cities in TX. Alex went above and beyond to get us employees who covered over five hundred miles. They were extremely professional and helpful, and we valued the level of communication we received from the offices.
We needed a couple of workers on a jobsite the next morning. I called one agency and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I called Labor Finders, talked to Alex immediately and he got all the paperwork done in a couple of hours and had 2 workers on our jobsite the next morning. Excellent service, very professional!
Be there for 6am for a better chance top get the job(s) for the day pay.
Working with this branch has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a temp agency. It seems that no one in that office can communicate with one another and I was grossly unimpressed with the level of professionalism that the office manager exhibited. As a contractor, we regularly require additional help on site. At one point, we had too many people show up to a site (we were not charged for the additional labor, thankfully). Later that same day, I was quite rudely asked to resubmit all of my orders for all three jobs even though I had given the orders directly to the branch manager and he had assured me that everything would be seen to.The final straw came when I received an invoice for labor at all three of our job sites even though they had been told on Friday not to return after the weekend (Im going to attribute this to a lack of communication, again). Three minutes after the invoice came through, I received a receipt for the credit card charge made for that invoice. Its as though they thought they could slide that bill past us without anyone noticing or disputing it. In my opinion, that is the epitome of bad business. After the excellent service weve received from the Fort Worth branch, our experience with the Houston location has been, to put it nicely, nothing but a major let-down.For the sake of their business, I hope they can work out whatever issues they have happening internally.
I recommend them they found me a job site on my first day for all the people that’s giving bad reviews are people with no car they booked me a hotel five 🌟 they feed me stake and I had the best breakfast pluse they talked to me respectfully and treated me fairly payed me with no problem and when I did to call about my pay they made sure everything I asked was desired thanks ms Cassandra You the best💪🏾
This place sucks, dirty, unprofessional, they bring in people everyday knowing they have no work. Plenty of lies are told to the workers. They will talk to you crazy but get defensive if you do it back, and to be honest, labor ready pacesetters, result staffing, are much better. But if you down and out and want some sidity ass people to to keep you there while they get rich laborfinders is the perfect place for you
Got hired same day and full-time and love the pay
They will find u work pretty fast.
If I could give them no stars I would. The lady at the counter is very unprofessional. She doest know her craft and downs other Day Labor companies. They pay only $8hr as the other companies.
I worked with this company and all I had to say is racism.I am a man with skill just wanting to make some extra money but the two men at the windows was rude and they just cant wait to disrespect darkskin workers at the first chance they get.The lady at the window was also darkskin and even more rude because she had two Caucasian men letting her do or say anything to darkskin men.The two Caucasian men love it.They offer minimum wage and told me to be happy or leave. So I left.I cant believe a place like this exist in this day and age.Cooning should be a crime for a few bucks and the slave master Caucasian mentality in this they and age should be shut down. The lady has a serious case of Stockholm syndrome.
I wish I could give them no stars they’ll have you waiting knowing they have no work for you they are rude and will skip you I’ve been coming every day for 3 weeks and only went on a job 1 time this place sucks it’s like they have favorites she will get them the jobs before anyone else

If you dont let people ride to work, they take you off the tickets
Never got one job assignment out of here after coming for a week straight twice
I just called and asked about any openings the receptionist replied “we don’t have any”. I asked is there any place to send my resume then and she says “I’m not sure” great impression
Working since day 1 I walked in.
