His skilled crew were pleasant to work with, respectful of our home, cleaned up at the end of each day and performed their work to a high standard of quality. I waited a few months to post this review so I could speak from more experience. Oscar provides incredible service and went out if his way to make sure we were happy with our elevator. We ordered it during some of the worst of the supply chain issues, which were completely beyond his control. Oscar kept us updated frequently on the status and once it arrived worked around our schedule to get the elevator installed. The quality of the installation is impressive. The extra time spent to make sure we were familiar with operation after two long days for him was much appreciated. You cant go wrong with this company and its owner! And the elevator has gotten a heavy workout and still works flawlessly. Thanks Oscar!

I love Exclusive Elevators. After recent power outage, Oscar was very kind to patiently walk me through getting my elevator up and running again. Oscar asked to remain on the phone with me while I went through the steps. Great old fashioned customer service.

Oscar was great. He worked with my schedule, even though I had a last minute change. I needed elevator very urgent and he made it happen. Within a week, his crew came and got it done. His contractor did a great job. Kept the place well and clean. I didnt have to be there I didnt have to tell them to clean... The whole experience went really smooth. Elevator looks great. It is quite handy and is durable and made of high quality materials. Any minor issues after installation were quickly handled to our satisfaction. We decided more than a year ago to install an elevator in our retirement home by Lake Livingston. After extensive research, we decided that the Stiltz Trio Alta was the best engineered and the best value on the market. They put us in contact with Oscar Hernandez at Exclusive Elevators of Houston and we are so glad they did! One call and he set up an appointment with us at our home. The area where we were considering the installation was small but Oscar measured everything, we discussed the options, and agreed that it would fit. His professional customer service approach reassured us that we would love our elevator! We ordered it and about 45 days later his technicians arrived to do the install. Adrian and Llano were an absolute delight to work with and have in our home. They, like Oscar, were extremely customer focused, professional, highly trained respectful and FUN to work with! The install took 2 1/2 days as Oscar had told us it would and the guys removed all packing materials at the end of each day. I had my shop vac there and they even vacuumed up all the small pieces!If you’re considering a home elevator, I HIGHLY recommend Exclusive Elevators. The entire process far exceeded our expectations and we LOVE our Stiltz Trio Alta elevator. Working with Oscar and his team is truly a great experience.

We looked at several home elevators for our home on Lake Livingston. We chose Stiltz Trio due to its simplicity of installation, design and looks. Oscar traveled several hours to our home to trouble shoot and fix our newly installed elevator even though it was installed by another company. Very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. We could not be more pleased with him and his company.

In order to improve our mobility within our home, in September 2019 we decided that an elevator/lift was needed. After much research, we felt that our best option was Stiltz Duo Alta Home lift. The Stiltz Duo Alta seemed to be the best engineered while being the best value on the market. We contacted Stiltz and they referred us to Oscar Hernandez at Exclusive Elevators of Houston to help us further evaluate their product’s quality and workmanship. We set up an appointment for us to meet him at his office for us to see and operate the lift. After his visit to our home and discussion of installation options, we determined that the lift would fit. He assured us that the lift would meet our requirements. We placed our order and 4 weeks later he and his technicians arrived to do the install. The technicians were very professional in their work always leaving our home as they found it when they arrived each day. They, like Oscar, were extremely customer focused and well trained. Drop cloths were used extensively to cover and protect our carpets as well as cover the furniture to control dust. Trash and dirt were removed each day. Oscar and his team were great to work with during installation and start up. We HIGHLY recommend Exclusive Elevators. The entire process met our expectations.Mike and Patsy

I cannot say enough about the lengths Alcon Exclusive Elevator goes to to meet the needs of their clients! Javier and his workers drove from their outside of Houston headquarters to my residence in Fort Worth to get me out of a jam involving my house elevator. I live in a 1926 two-story house and Im physically disabled, so an operational elevator is mandatory! When the elevator went kaput our repair guy from a different company had gone AWOL, we found Alcon off the internet. They didnt bat an eye. They drove to FW down and back on back-to-back days. I was stuck in my upstairs (1 1/2 das) until the repairs were complete in making the machine operable again, And the workers arrived at the house at he exact time that they to! Six weeks to 2 months later, Alcon installed a brand new elevator in he house in July. And to date Im pleased o report things have gone as smoothly as feeling a newborns bottom!
