I found out about Red E Tel through a friend.We were at the nail shop and she happened to see an ad in a flyer. My LCD screen on my phone had been messed up for about two days now. My screen was completely black and I couldnt see anything. However, I could still hear phone calls and texts, but I just couldnt see anything. When I first walked in with my friends Hakim started joking. The customer service was extremely great! Hakim kept the jokes and laughter coming. Time flew by and he fixed my phone in no time. I would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone with problems. They fix ANYTHING that blinks and beeps for a reasonable price! I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was visiting my parents and got a replacement galaxy s4 for my dying Samsung galaxy s2 at this store. The new phone is factory refurbished and works great. The salesperson was very helpful and included 2 cases with the phone. The price was reasonable and the salesperson was able to help me transfer my data to the new phone, which was very important since I was on a trip and away from my own computer where my backups are stored. Thanks for the help.

Had been to this business many times- last time I was too trusting by giving my iPhone 6 to Hakeem to repair and in turn he gave me an iPhone 5 to use in the mean time. He ended up selling my iPhone six, and now the iPhone five is locked and he refuses to help me by sending me an invoice to send to apple. Now Im down two phones. Shady business, and Im screwed. Dont trust this shop.
