Lamenra And Lucia were great help with test process and help me stay calm and stress free. Also it was never clean and sanitary!

It has been a while since I have met such genuine, kind and sincere folks. The manager especially as well as the staff are amazing and made sure they are supportive of the testers who are nervous before they take the test. The stations are very clean and comfortable. The best testing site I have been to. If I ever have to take another test, this center is IT! I am very grateful to have found this test site and met the staff here.

I was hesitant about coming to this location because of all of these reviews. However, I had a wonderful experience. I did not have any distractions whatsoever.

A lot of bad reviews here.I did everything that I needed to do before my exam: not wear any jewelry, cell phone is turned off, and no notes. All of the employees were courteous and professional both times that I went here.The immediate right turn after exiting Airport Blvd./College Ave. is a little nerve wrecking when your test is during rush hour traffic.The test rooms were clean. The second time I came here one of the testers had a proctor read him all of the questions and even though I wore the noise cancellation headphones (which they provide for free), I can still hear them, which was distracting.The men’s restrooms were clean.

The center was very clean, and the people checking you in were very friendly. There are lockers with a key you take with you, to put your stuff in while you take your exam. The center was quiet but they do also offer you noise canceling headphones or earplugs. The turn in off the feeder is a bit hard to see so just be aware of that.

Facility was very clean and professional. They have COVID procedures down to a fine art. The entrance can be hidden so make sure youre looking for the Vibe Hobby sign. The exit in the parking lot can be confusing, but otherwise a great testing center.

A wonderful place with a very kind staff. They have lockers with keys as well.I had to wear a mask, which made me nervous and anxious, but I was treated with patience and grace by all employees. Absolutely wonderful experience

The staff was exceptionally nice and helped alleviate pre testing nerves. They were excellent!

If given the choice Id avoid this testing center and choose another location. Airplanes flying into hobby airport are so close they rattle the building and are very noisy and distracting. You can also hear the traffic on I-45 even with the noise-blocking headphones. Additionally, while the staff wasnt rude it was obvious the greeter at the front desk had favoritism issues in the way she interacted with others. Additionally, while everyone was asked to wash hands and wear a mask I dont believe the appropriate amount of social distancing was being followed. There were so many people testing at the same time that I had people in a cubicle on either side of me. Probably about two feet away of Im being generous. I recently tested at a center in Bellaire and it was much nicer and quieter. Would definitely recommend another location over this one.

DO NOT TEST HERE!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!I went to take my real estate license test and the person at the front desk was so rude! She would not answer 2 questions I had when reading the rules. Also, she told me I had to take my earnings off, even though the website didnt mention anything about jewelry. If I would have seen something about jewelry, I would not have put on earings. By the time I was done registering, I didnt want to take my test anymore. I was so frustrated. So for the first hour I couldnt concentrate on the test, and I just wanted to leave. I just wanted to finish it and leave...so I did.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS TESTING CENTER AGAIN! I would rather drive farther just to avoid this place.

Gave five star to the lady who assist us just before the exam. Overall the testing center is amazing place it didnt give you anxiety at all.

First, they do mot allow anyone picking up a test taker to wait in their lobby despite at least 12 empty chairs.The receptionist rudely stated I can wait outside in the hallway or downstairs. Neither location has chairs and violates ADA.

This is the worst location to go take your test. This is the third location I have been to for test taking and by far will never go back, no matter how much closer it is to my residence. So, I get there, no one was at the front desk(which is fine- I was early anyway) I stand there waiting for about 5-8 minutes, meanwhile another person comes up to the front. I asked that person if they are just waiting on test results, he replies yes, I say he can go in front of me but he didn’t move. Finally someone from the back hollers “is anyone out there” and I respond yes. She repeated herself so I said yes again, and she come from around the corner. She asks me if I have to check in still, I said “yes ma’am, but you can help him first” (again the guy who just needed a paper of his test results) she laughed and said “oh I know I can help him first but you need to take a seat for my coworker to come back and help you.” So I sat. While I sat I got in my phone. She said you need to turn that off. I said yes ma’am I can do that and what’s your name? Her response “why” I replied, I was just curious “um that’s none of your business I’m doing my job I’m not giving you my name” caught an unbelievable attitude with me throught the whole process. I told her she was being rude and she became more mouthy. Idk what her deal was but I recommend not coming this location, go 30 more minutes, and get a much better experience!!! Trust me.

I took the NCEES ChE PE test here. The NCEES documentation was a little light on day of specifics so I wanted to pass along my experience for future test takers. I hope it helps.Pros:- Clean and quiet test center. Plenty of parking and not hard to find on google maps.- Breaks were not an issue. The sign out/in process takes about a minute each way.- Lockers provided to store your stuff are about 1ft wide by 2 ft tall.Cons:- Test center gives you ~4 pages of laminated legal paper and a dry erase marker for work. You can trade it out for another when you fill it up. No erasing it yourself. For the math heavy PE exam, trying to write small units and exponents with a fine tip dry erase marker is frustrating but you get used to it. It does make it difficult to go back and check your work.- The computer monitor is split screen with the reference manual being on the left and the test on the right. While it maybe a PDF like it states in the NCEES guide, it appears to be incorporated into the testing software. Ctrl+F search pulls up list on left side of screen with every page the word appears on similar to MS Word. It doesnt let you jump through the document like standard adobe reader. Also, there isnt a spot to enter page numbers which makes hopping between steam tables & the formulas a pain. Lastly, the reference manual lags heavy to the point where the mouse wheel doesnt work and you need to click down pages manually. This isnt the testing centers fault but it was something I wasnt expecting after studying with a quick adobe PDF reader.General Comments- Some test centers Ive been to have a lunch room. This one did not so unless you want to eat in the waiting area, Id recommend finding a bench in the office building or walking next door to the deli.- Aside from the deli in the adjacent office building (which I didnt see personally), I didnt see any nearby food. Id recommend packing a lunch.

I gave it five stars since I passed the PTE academics here, which had made me struggle from Oct to Dec in 2016. By the way, the location was extremely closed to Hobby Airport and the office was easy to find in the plaza, a bonus for test takers.
