I worked there as security they have by far some of the coolest nicest truck drivers gave me water and help me when I made mistakes instead of talking bad about me

They need a delivery # starting with a p or an r. They will charge $30 to look it up if your dispatch and broker dont get it together. 12noon appt been sitting at the gate since 11am have a 3pm pickup. Customer refuses to take the bol for delivery must have a delivery # starting with p or r 🤬😡

Been in dock since 4:30pm now it 11:00 pm still not unloaded. This has got to be the slowest company around. Only had 12000 pounds

They will take they sweet little time to unload you. And then lose your paperwork just to make sure you sit a little while longer. You always have to sign for they stuff once its on there docks. Hate it.

They let you in 1 hours before your appointment time

Exellent Professional Easy Going Place. Semi truck park on second stop sign and check in first with security guards, after he/she confirmed your load/appointment go to Door #36 DELIVERY CHECK IN they will give you door. Waiting time from 1hr to 5 hr. No lampers fees. Exit on left side only. RECCOMEND this place. If you arrived before your appointment there is 5 min way Truck Stop.

This place needs to pay the employees the way the truck drivers get paid. Then maybe it wouldn’t take 7 hours to get unloaded. They literally take one pallet off every 30 mins. Must be nice to be so lazy and still get paid. Worst location ever. I also never shop their stores. Nobody would be sad if they closed their doors...

Doesnt make any since to have 1 person do 2 to 3 trucks at a time and then complain about why it took long get it together and organize better people wouldnt be leaving this job

Very slow at unloading my husband and I been sitting here since 10:30pm its now 2:06am still sitting on green light havent even begun to unload our trailer. Expect to be sitting here awhile and run out of time because they dont care about your time.

Make sure you got enough hours left on your ELD....

While this warehouse has a perfectly acceptable and in great working order restroom located in the receiving office. It use is for company employees only, while the delivery drivers bring goods into their facility have a porta potty outside the building that is not clean at this time.

Appointment time 18:00, guard shack let me in 1 hr early. Turned in paperwork @ door 36, they gave me dock door but told me unloading doesn’t start till 18:00. Unloading finish 20:15.

The people are nice and friendly but boy howdy are they slow! I only had 1/3 of a trailer full of toilet paper and it’s over two hours backed into a dock and still waiting. There’s only two or three other trucks here

Good for a DC, nice folks, not sure about overnight parking.

They go by appointment try not to by late.

Bring your lunch, 8 hours to get unloaded, asked if I could drop the trailer and get it when they are done, was told NO. They will not even work with you as we all got things to do, my whole day wasted.Not only will I never deliver here again it will be a long time before I shop at there stores.

This is the worst place to deliver a load I suggest you bring a number of p plus four digits so that you can pass, if I could give this place a zero star I would, whenever I come here it is the same, no number within The download documents always have a secret password number that you do not have and your broker will not be able to solve you, if you can do other charges do not do this, although the others pay less, I suggest you never come here.

Ppl are beyond unreasonable explained to them the load was not originally mine, and the time I was able to acquire the load I was still earlier than the original allotted time but still pushed delivery back 2 days......circling the building to exit maybe 6 docks being usedFair warning if your load is going to be later than the original delivery call ahead check first yourself I left that to my dispatch and got an unwanted/unneeded 34

4.5 hours after appointment time and still not unloaded i am now going to miss my next load it is a Friday so now have to wait till Monday and they are extremely rude people she was more concerned about talking to a friend than adress the drivers if you ever come here just refuse

Need to improve in Human Resources on the hiring shouldn’t be where good people don’t get hired or promoted when they do a good job for the company something they need to improve on happened to me and some others there and that’s why the company going down needs to go up with competitors like Walmart need to stay current and always striving to do better they shouldn’t be unprofessional telling others my application looked troubling when my app is very good one with lots of good experiences.

They really do take all day to unload. All day.Est. Unload 6 hours? Why? I just did another load to a different Walgreens DC, exact same freight, they unloaded in less than 1 hour.why does this place take 6?

33000 pounds on my trailer it has been 3 and a 1/2 hours and AM still not finished being unloaded. This is a place you do not want to go.

Houston tx. Incompetence. Theyll lost my paperwork after they unloaded me and just said oh well it is on me. Nope, think again. They did not even know I was there until I walked back up there 2 hours after my appt time. Dont need to deal with such idiosyncrasies. By the way, they never did find my paperwork, I had to call back to shipper to fax them another copy. Notice, I had to. They wanted me to leave without paperwork. Ha, no rookie here. No one gets paid without it.

I met a Rastafarian guy at the security shack, he was so quite professional. The receiving is where I met a rude lady, busy of flossing her prosthetics.It took a long time to get her attention .The dock boys work strangely by picking one pallet every 15 minutes or so.The place is not big DC and has no overnight parking.The attitude in the receiving office is what I will recall whenever I see Walgreens Sign..

My appointment was at 11pm. I arrived at 10:12pm. They gave me a door immediately and unloaded in little over an hour. Nice!

Over 3 hours to get unloaded. It would seem as if they would unload 1-2 pallets then none for 20 minutes then all over again. Dont have time to sit here, as truck drivers we have limits on how many hours we can be on duty and Im about to hit 0

Got here at 4pm. Seemed to be shift change. 4 and 1/2 hours later still unloading. Ridiculous. They should get more workers or a better crew.

This place is so slow to unload you its redicilous! Appointment was at 11:00 a.m. arrived 10:45 a.m. and Im still being unloaded 3 hours later!!! My next load may be cancelled due to their incompetence. Avoid this place at all cost Drivers!!!

Nice enough guys, but at 21.54 minutes per pallet to unload, the experience leaves a little something to be desired.

E-Z check in no one cuts in front of you tight parking you should be out of here within 2 hours and they have a great snack food prices

2 hour unload to empty 30 skids no complaints. No overnight parking only issue.

Got here at 5:40 for a 6 a.m. appointment. The gal working at the guard shack was pretty friendly which is nice. The woman working in receiving was extremely rude and dismissive. It took them 4 hours and 15 minutes to unload 9 skids. Where I got this load, it took them 11 minutes to load. See the discrepancy? Screw Walgreens

Worse unloading experience ever. On time for delivery, one hour before light even goes red. Stuck for 6 hours; literally one to two pallets unloaded per hour. Insane. Maybe they hate my carrier idk

40 mins to get in the front gate then 2 hours after appt time to be given a door assignment only to find a dropped trailer in my door. Had to wait 20 minutes for yard jockey to come move it. Then another hour before unloading starts. Then 90 minutes to unload. Total of 5 hours after appt time wasted here. At least the staff were kinda friendly to me. Better set an early appt or plan on spending whole day here waiting to unload.

Avoid this DC if u can. If u r already enroute dont show up early they make you go back except for and hour. Unload is very slow 6-9hrs to unload.

Worst place ever the wasted my whole day

They wont take you in earlier ! Checked in at 9:20am appt was for 10am got me a dock at 10:05 now is 12 pm still sitting here not even touched it, place where I loaded at took them 1/2 hr to load 24 pallets . My whole day is gone ! Walgreens again NO TY NEVER EVER AGAIN ! Can live without them

Arrived 8 hours early, refused to unload until 2nd shift; entered gates over 3 hours ago, still not unloaded. Recommend all truckers avoid anything going to Walgreens.

Sometimes they will make you wait till your appointment, and will use their 2 free hrs

3 hours for 40 pallets evidently they get paid by the hour. Come with a full clock because you cant park here even though they run you out of hours. Ridiculous

This place is trash, the only thing it has going for it is clean bathrooms. Slow AF unload a straight pull 5 hrs. Take a nap when you hit the dock

The employees here are in no hurry whatsoever to get any work done. I have half a load and its taking nearly 3 hours to unload me and there are only about 5 trucks. My truck shakes once every 15-20 min.

The receiving manager showed me a clipboard where it shows for every load received it shows how many hours for unloading, mine showed 6 hrs, others 5 hrs and so on.

My appt was 8pm I checked in at 6:40pm and by the time it was 8:30pm they finish unloading

Never taking a load here again, been here 4 hours now and they still aren’t done unloading my trailer. Their workers are way too slow, why even take a job when you pull 1 pallet then disappear for minutes? It should not take 4 going on 5 hours to unload when you’re not busy at all.

Every time I’m here the waiting time is the worst experience..... after three hours I had green light but nothing much I could do because everybody went for lunch so at least another extra 30 minuets waiting if I’m lucky..... just for paperwork.... don’t understand places where they send every employee for a lunch at the same time

Not open on the weekends, no overnight parking.
