The best diesel repair shop I have been to.

Im sure that every business has its ups and downs. As for Big Man diesel responding to what mr. McCoy just said about our company here we go....We explained in detail to Mr. McCoy about his truck and what was wrong with his truck. He wanted to do half of an overhaul job which would be a little bit less if not the same amount as a whole overhaul. For his protection we told him it would be better for him to do the whole overhaul and we did explain to him about his rear main seal leaking but he did not want to fix it at that moment. we quoted him a little over $ 8,000 for a clutch job and the overhaul and being that he said he was having money issues we quoted him just over $6,000. this was after taking his transmission down 3 times because he couldnt make up his mind if he wanted to replace the clutch or not because of money issues.After the work was done we get a letter in the mail from the credit card company saying they stopped a $4,600 payment to us and sent them a letter from a mechanic shop called Select a transport and I noticed the the address was down the street from our shop. so I called the phone number and it was a man who answered and I asked him what he found out about the truck and what we done wrong. Of course I got hung up on but not before I got yelled at. come to find out this man and this phone number did not even belong to that address. that address was a Lumber Company a lumber yard and there was no such business as select a transport. therefore he tried to get something for nothing. we are always fair to our customers We Stand by our work. if we have worked on something and it isnt right, bring it back and we will guarantee it will be fixed. with that being said we won the case, got our money, and we are happy! Horrible Horrible company. I would not advise anyone to do. Business with this company. I brought my truck in for a oil leak the people first told me I needed a rear end seal replacement so that was done which took 3 days then they said you needed a new engine overhaul which took a month. I paid them almost $7,000 and when I got my truck back it was leaking still from behind the head...my driver had to pull over and try to tighten it with a wrench. Next day he leaked so bad that my driver was stranded on the side of the road. I had to buy 20 gallons oil just to finish my run and make it back. Took the truck back they claim they fixed the leaked and my truck kept on leaking more. Finally I took my truck back to them again and they wanted to charge me for a bell housing repair and I was like no you guys need to fix my truck right. They started to get aggressive and made a point to say they wasn’t gonna fix my truck. I then had to take my truck to a another repair shop to get it fixed the right way. Please don’t go here! They have bad customer service, they are liars and they will try to get over on any and everyone who comes in.

Dont waste your time at this place. Save your money and go else where. The diagnostics will consist of a best guess scenario and will end up costing you big time!!!!!!!!

Had a crack in fuel tank they patched it up,blocked fuel fuel lines, and got me going. Quick prompt service....

They replaced bad clutch in my Freightliner Century great service and good price. Very satisfied with the service.
