Great Customer service and easy to work with !

I was passing by leaving work and saw this branch had just opened so I decided to pop in and inquire about their accounts. They actually have free checking without all the requirements attached. The Branch Manager was very accommodating and nice so I opened an account. They also gave me my Debit Card right on the spot. I didnt have to wait 7 days for it to be mailed to me. Its a BEAUTIFUL BRANCH and very modern. They have an ATM on the outside in the back of the building thats easily accessible and one in the lobby right outside of the branch on the first floor. The Online Banking is easy to navigate. I havent downloaded the app yet but Im sure its fine. Jason is wonderful & he introduced me to everyone working and they were very pleasant also. I would highly recommend.

Excellent in every way! The Branch Manager Katie and her team Linda and Eric are very helpful, efficient, and friendly. They approved my PPP loan within one day. Meanwhile, my husband used a national bank and has been waiting for weeks. On top of that, the location is great and very accessible in the Galleria area ! Would definitely recommend.

I was with the previous bank they bought out for years. Once they took over it was downhill from there. Gets really old to find added fees on your statement.Time to move on.Not sure this is the small local bank it used to be.
