Sandra Ortiz is a top notch travel agent. She makes great travel recommendations. Once we have scheduled travel through her, she keeps up with our travel either reminding us of an upcoming payment due date or just keeping us up-to-date on the trip. While on the trip, she is always available to help should we run into a difficulty. An example....once in Israel we were scheduled into hotel A. We were to leave the next day for home from Hotel A. We were moved to Hotel B. Our transfer Co. didnt know about the move. I called Sandra from Israel and she made arrangements to have the transfer Co. pick us up at Hotel B. By the way, she had not planned this trip, yet she helped us anyway. She is great!

Called looking for a vacation package in mexico. Wow- I cannot begin to express how helpful Mary at Woodlake Travel has been. We had an issue with our bank (fraudulent activity) that turned into a living nightmare right in the middle of Mary booking everything for our trip to Playa Del Carmen. She was so patient, caring, and understanding of our situation that she was able to extend deposit dates to accommodate us and our frozen bank accounts.She was everything we needed in a travel agent All I had to do was tell her where, when and what- she did the rest for me!
