Due to Covid we were stuck in Mumbai whilst we were on vacation and could not get back to San Francisco, as all International flights were grounded. Although we had not bought the tickets from Xpert Tours, we contacted Homi Davier (Owner of Xpert Tours, Houston) to please help us out in getting back to USA in these difficult times, agreeing to pay whatever his charges were. He informed us that there were only Special Evacuation flights for US Citizens, which we were not aware of, and he that he would do his best to help us get back. He was in constant touch with us. He said that not to worry but to be ready to fly out immediately at a very short notice. Within a week, he managed to get our tickets and we were back in San Francisco.He did not charge anything extra/fees. That Assurance, Professionalism and Excellent Self-less Service will never be forgotten !!!
