We had a very good experience with the travel agency and the whole trip! Jean was great in helping us choose our location with the best options for our family. He guided us throughout everything and was available the whole time that I called/emailed him asking questions. Their payment plan method is the best too! We are looking forward to our next getaway! Good overall experience at the beginning, but they had promised 2 pieces of luggage in all flights, called several times to check with them, they promised to check everything, and return the call for around 3 weeks, they never did it. Finally the day before the flight, called them again they said that I had 2 pieces all the way, in every connection, and for my surprise when I got to the counter to check in for my connection I had to pay $50 for that 2nd piece they had promised, so thank you for nothing, what I was supposed to save with them, gone, next time I just going to stick to online servicesUpdateIts been already a week, I just received this answer, and an email asking for the receipt to handle this situation, I reply with the receipt the same day, but no answer so far
