Worked as a manager there about a year. The dispatch team was great. Upper management was horrible and clueless. Hidden fees for drivers that shorted their checks, no loyalty to their office employees. They accepted contracts through much larger companies, for pennies on the dollar, to where the drivers were not making literally anything per delivery. I begged and pleaded with upper management about the ridiculous rates they were putting in place, because there was no way to turn profit. But the owner was more concerned with looking professional and working with Averitt, rather then actually earning profit and taking care of the people that worked for them. Come to find out none d the managers I worked with are still there. Could have been a great company and great place to work.

Great service
After this passed months scheduled service I am not happy and do not recommend this service for medical use. Delivery was scheduled 8/23/17 between 12-4. No one showed and no one called. On 8/26/17 Hurricane Harvey hit Houston and we almost had no supplies to do dialysis treatment. I received no explanation for the issue and neither did the client NxStage. Poor service!!! This is medically necessary to keep someone alive.

However, it was Greyhound who ships for busfrieghter and it was their service that sealed the 1 star rating.A. They CANNOT track packages. Heres why.*bus drivers decide whether or not they will even accept the package under their bus based on if there is room, and mostly if the even feel like lifting it. True stuff...read reviews of employees on indeed.B. Drivers forget to scan them 3 out of 4 times. So, you may see them leave the original starting point, but see nothing else of them on the tracking website. Therefore when you package doesnt arrive with thebrest...or not at all, the telephone agent has to call each stop along the way to the destination. But will be informed only if the representstive at that bus station even answers the phone. Trying calling a station and see if you get an answer...good luck. Well, they are treated with the same rude customer service. So, they typucally never find out where your packages are. Good luck on them ever arriving.C. Based on employee testimonials and my experience, your packages are often sat out in a station where all can see and touch them. Yes, there is sometimes an employee there, but even they know the risk...therefore, they sometimes peep into your packages to see if there is anything good to take. If so, theyll take it and make it look like your package got damaged in transit...or they get rid of it because they can say, it was never scanned here so there is no proof that the pavkage was even here.*I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN*It isnt worth losing your belonging and receiving a destroyed plastic wrapped bundle of clothing 3 months later. DONT DO IT!
They posted misleading ad on craiglist, which didnt say they dont want vehicle over 10 years old, until you go there. wasting your time and gas.
Worked as a courier there several years ago. Good people, stressful nature of the industry. They handled it well.
Terrible place to work, some dospatchers discriminate against drivers and only give their buddies the good orders, they also cheat drivers on rates to keep there xustomers due to there inability to manage their work, beware of going to work there, really bad experience.
