Star Copier amazes me every time I go there. They are so accommodating and always go out of their way to help me with selections. They’re great problem solvers when I don’t know where to start with a task. Their prices are fair as well. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled after the help they gave me again today. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I called to ask about their services, to make sure they can help me and after asking my question the lady hung up on me. I called back again and they told me they dont do maintenance on the printer I was inquiring about. which was odd because, the company I work for has been using them for the past several years to fix the same exact printers.

One star is to much for this place. Terrible service. Super Rude staff. They treat you like they hate the job and is your fault. They are not whiling to work with you is their way or the hard way. That good review must be from a family member. It takes the 24 hrs to produce 3 single copies and when called to check the status they hang up on me, even Office Depot has better service. Bottom line Terrible place

I wanted a quote for a huge printing job - my real estate agency needs a signage overhaul. Whoever answered the phone was rude, impatient and unprofessional. I dont know if I caught her on a bad day but it made me not order. I will take my business elsewhere.
