My Canon Color Imageclass MF8380Cdw printer was driving me crazy as it kept giving me Paper Jam error code but there was no paper trapped anywhere inside unit. My Canon MG5320 decided it didnt like the print head any more. Daron tried to walk me through a check list on the phone but I was afraid Id destroy it. Daron came by my office and worked on it but much to my sorrow it isnt fixable. Nevertheless I wont hesitate to call him again if one of my other printers needs fixed. Good company. Great service.
