This lady turned a size 18 pants suit with long sleeve jacket into a cute outfit !! she cut the sleeves and made the pants into shorts I post weight so I wear a size 12 now … cute birthday ensemble… it was AMAZING thank you so much ☺️

DO NOT GO THERE! TERRIBLE QUALITY, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I got 4 mens dress shirts back with a huge rip on sleeves so went to the cleaner to talk to the owner lady. Right off the bat, she became incredibly defensive and even accused me for rubbing the shirts against something before bringing to the cleaner. I have been working in a desk environment for 15+ years and never had an issue with my dress shirt sleeves until this place! Apparently, she faked to be a friendly person to get your business, but when there are issues, she decided to yell and accuse a customer instead of offering any help or remedies to fix the issue.This was not the first time I had an issue with my clothes at this place, but I did not bring them back because I did not want to waste my time. However, 4 dress shirts (including Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic shirts) were all messed up at once and the owner is being not apologetic but rather accusatory? NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

Ive been going here for 4 years now but my most recent visit drove me to come write this review. I needed a rush job on a hat that was part of a Halloween costume done right away. I brought it to Hi Cleaners and they did the repair while I waited. It took about 10-15 minutes and when she was finished I basically had to beg to pay for the awesome job she did. The lady that runs this place is the nicest person ever and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work and is always a pleasure to deal with. Customer service has always been the best.

We have been using Hi Cleaners for the last 3 years and have excellent service. We have even had alterations done and they have been perfect. They rcognize me as soon as I park and always have my pick-up ready for me. We are moving away and they even didn’t charge me for my last set. Can only hope that we find a dry cleaner as good near our new home!

They are very courteous and lovely. The seamstress is just good. She is thorough with her work.

I bounced around from cleaner to cleaner in Midtown but finally realized this was the only place I needed. The lady working there is very helpful, she altered my jacket on New Years Eve with no advance notice and she even doubles as a parking attendant - helping people reverse when the lot is busy. Highly recommend.

Stay away from this cleaners. My blouse was returned to me with white stains and they were not able to fix it. I lost a beautiful blue blouse from Anne Taylor. Will never be back.

The parking and busy entrance from W Gray if youre headed west (away from downtown) can be daunting. With that being said.. Resurrected a pair of jeans that had a tear in one side of the groin. She also patched the other side saying that it would eventually go too and Id be back, so she might as well do it all at once. Very thoughtful and fast service.

Terrible service, owner does not take ownership on garments damaged when cleaned. Had two shirts damaged, the first one with a stain and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second item clearly had iron marks that stained and damaged my shirt. Asian owner could not give an honest explanation nor did not want to correct issue. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

HATE IS SUCH AN UGLY WORD…..CANT RATE UGLINESS AND THE OWNER IS VERY UGLY.POOR SERVICE, OWNER LACKS PROFESSIONALISM, FALSIFIES SERVICE SHE WILL RENDER, AND DISCRIMINATES.She failed to provide the service she offered and because I pointed out all the wrongs of her incompetence she gave me a $7.00 discount.When I returned as a paying customer she yelled and said she does not provide the service I am requesting and claimed I did not pay the unprofessional cleaning bill.Had I been the owner and having a customer who refuses to pay1. The customer will not get clothes until he/she pays2. I would call police to handle dispute or have police suggest a compromiseI have a bank statement with HI CLEANERS deduction on it. SHAME ON HER!
