Scheduled a move-out cleaning to be performed on the last day of my lease, a week in advance. Received a message less than an hour before the time I scheduled them to come clean I received a message saying that they wouldn’t be able to make it today and offered me a $30 discount to schedule a time early next week. Absolutely did not reschedule and I regret putting my eggs in one basket & not keeping options open in case this fell through. Now I’m left with trying to make an emergency/same-day cleaning appointment with someone and I have no options. Thanks, “Spic-N-Span”. 😒

Gifted my mom a voucher for a service for mothers day and today they went out and did an amazing job! she absolutely loved the cleaning so we decided to keep their services. They are very flexible and offer weekly,biweekly, 3 weeks and monthly services. They can also work with your schedule but Im not sure how that works. I decided to set up service for my own home to see how it goes ! Ill keep yall updated :)

Best cleaning services and pricing I’ve had since I moved to this area.

My sister recently bought a house and had them deep clean the entire house. They were there for about 1 hour. The counters, shelves, shower, and floors were all still very dirty when they finished. They were asked to re-celan and were at the house for 15 minutes. I would NOT recommend them at all.

When I first started using their services, they were great. But through the years they have slacked off on their quality. TVs were not dus ted, tables not wipes, floors jot mopped. I have had to have them reclean many times. One instance they missed their appointment. I do not recommend them at all.

We paid for a Deep Clean - and, well; I will just let the pictures do the talking. . . Also - Beware of their website, when visiting it we were gifted with a computer virus. . . . Apparently it wont update my photos. . . interesting.

I have used this company for a few years now. Lately the service I have been given is less than desirable. The last time they were here they did not clean all of the rooms that were requested and the other rooms were rushed through. Today they came to clean and they did not vacuume the carpets, the appliances in the kitchen (fridge, dishwasher) are stainless and looked worse after they left than when they came. The night stands in the master bedroom were not cleaned at all even though things had been moved around. I am overall very displeased with the service that was provided. There is a cat litter box in the laundry room by the back door and the litter from the walk pad was simply thrown out the back door so everyone entering the home would need to walk through it to enter... Simply very very subpar cleaning with no attention to detail at all. I feel like they simply arrived and did a few small things to prove they were here in order to charge me. I am very dissatisfied.
