Had another popular chimney service take pictures of the system and recommend a very expensive replacement. Matt reviewed the information and quickly have me a fair and honest assessment. I appreciate the integrity and quick response.

This is a fake business and his apartment complex please don’t care about business because they’re not even address that they don’t even answer the phone and he’s a really really fake business

We were extremely pleased to work with Matt and James from Texas Chimney Pro. James was the technician that supported us for both of our service calls, both the original inspection and the gas log installation. In short we couldn’t be more pleased with the technical work he performed as well as his customer service.Not only did he do a great job with the log installation, but he was very professional and courteous. He was meticulous in the gas log installation and ensuring everything was done just right. He also made an effort to always keep things as clean as possible. He’d take his shoes off before coming in the house, brought his wet/dry vacuum inside to clean up the workspace, etc. He also made sure to teach us the best practices for the log set (where to light it, how long for initial burn in, etc).Our experience with Texas Chimney Pro has been fabulous and we’ll definitely be looking to them in the future if we ever have any issues.

Very nice guy. Professional & courteous and most importantly, he did a fantastic job on my gas fireplace. The fireplace hadnt worked for several years. He was very thorough. I had a bad part that was causing my problems. He had the part with him and was able to fix it in about an hours time. Fireplace has been working great since.

I was looking for someone to take out my old fireplace and install a new one for me. I was given their number by another company. They came out looked at the job and sent me an estimate a couple of days later. Everything looked good so I called them and setup the work. They came out a week later and did the job. Everything went smooth with no problems. I am satisfied with the new fireplace and would use them again.

Chose this company over a couple other estimates to replace my flood damage fireplace. I did all the framing myself to save money and the guy I talked to at Chimney Pro gave me a lot of information to help make sure I got it right. Fireplace turned out good. What a joke! This is a residence not a business...just drove by no business sign any where! Then I called thinking maybe I had wrong address and apparently they were on another line per voicemail. Just go down the street to Fireplace Man on SW Freeway dont waste your time.

Just got off the phone with the tech at 4:11PM. He called to inform me he was still 30 minutes from my rental property where he was to repair a fireplace. Problem is, he was supposed to be there by 3:00. The tenant made arrangements to work a late shift in order to be available for the appointment. Then they no-showed.
