My appointment was for 9:30 and he showed up ready to go at 9:15! Very awesome indeed. He checked out my chimney cap and explained why it wasnt able to be reused. he already told me the cost for having a new cap on, and he told me the same cost, so I appreciated not having any surprise costs thrown at me. Ron had the new cap put on within 15 minutes and my son and I got to enjoy the rest of our morning at Happy Hollow.

He take a quick look into the venting system and said, your fireplace is in very good shape and it doesnt need any cleaning. He answered all my questions, showed me how to use my fireplace.

The best part is that the bill was very responsible especially considering all the extra parts I ask for, and they were very careful and tidy about how they worked! (They taped the covering over the firebox for example when they cleaned the chimney so they didnt get any soul the house.
