❗❗Booking the limo went well. The actual experience was horrible. I booked for a simple pick up and drop off for my teens to their prom. The limo driver arrived on time however he treated us as if we were an entire inconvenience to his day. He did not open the door for my kids, rushed us when trying to capture the moment in photos, had them ride in silence, and proceeded to drop my kids and their friends off at the wrong location!! My kids had no idea where they were going and shouldnt have had to worry because we provided the address to company ahead of time. None of the parents were able to capture the moments of them exiting the limo entering the venue.😩 I was told by the company (in their attempt to justify the drivers actions) that they mapped several businesses with the same address in that area. My response was why did the driver not call and clarify the exact location before just dropping my kids off. Furthermore, why did he not make sure there was an adult present to receive them??! All of the kids were under 18. I perceive this to not only be a horrible experience, but an issue of safety, carelessness, and negligence. I requested a refund and am now getting the run-around. My phones were answered promptly when booking the service and now my calls are being dodged and not returned at all. This is very unprofessional and absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! I do not recommend this company. I will never patronize their services again.

Great quality service for the kids prom, best part of it all the driver stay with the kids for the hold time during the reservation. Great job!

We were very pleased with everything Stark Limo did for my wedding. The chauffeur was professional, courteous, and friendly. Since were from out of town, we made all the arrangements by phone, text, and e-mail, including a last-minute request for the limo bus to arrive earlier and leave later than originally planned. Not a problem! I cant say enough good things about our experience with Stark Livery.We also came back to Houston for business trip and needed 2 cars, the hotel we stayed in did not have a car service and we needed to get downtown. You have to check out there Range Rover and Mercedes Benz. Thanks Stark.

Don’t use this company! I rented a party bus for my son’s 14th birthday party. They showed up to my house with a 1980’s van that sounded like it wanted to explode. The inside had nothing in it and was very blah and unimpressive! The driver had no clue how to even use the Bluetooth music...so they drove to their destination in silence. Not impressed at all! Never again.

This was my second time booking a party bus with Stark Livery and the customer service is amazing! Stephanie was so easy to work with and very accommodating. The driver was on time and got both football teams to their games on time. I will definitely continue to book with them!

This is past due.The review is based off one experience in November 2019.We had rented a Hummer limousine, the phone calls and emails to inquire was wonderful.The limo itself was black, beautiful, looked quite clean, and seem well kept for the interior.The issues:It got cold at night and the limo had no heater, even when A/C was turned off it felt as though it was still blowing air.DVD player was not working.Radio was not really working.Limo driver, although overall fine and dressed nicely, never really awed us in any way. And this is not our first experience as we have previously rode several stretch limos in and out the city and had private town car transportation from and to airports with all drivers who were extremely friendly and professional. I guess for a surprise birthday, I’d hope he would be somewhat enthusiastic. He did arrive a bit later than expected (maybe 15-20 minutes) and didn’t seem happy to open the door. However, kudos to the driver for driving us safely.

If you are in need of a limousine or party bus, call Stark limos. They gave me customer service that was absolutely top-notch and the prices were very reasonable. Making the reservation did not bring with it any hassles. All the people I spoke with from Stark limo went out of their way to help me. In any area I need help with or had questions about, Stark crew were supportive and patient. I’m extraordinarily pleased.You most definitely do not have to be a millionaire to enjoy a limo ride in Houston; you just have to get in touch with the right limo service. I always seem to call last minute when I’m flying back in town and they NEVER DISAPPOINT! Even with screaming babies on the flight in the background at 7:30pm. They are always on point.

I recently used Stark Livery to take a group of co-workers and friends to a Christmas party in The Woodlands. We are a group of people who live and mostly work in the Pearland area, Stark Livery helped make our night out memorable and comfortable. We were blessed with the possibility to indulge and enjoy ourselves without the worry of having the right directions or dealing with traffic. Great transportation service providing excellent limo service! The manager of the Stark limo worked hard to get me a limo on my night so I could propose to my now fiancée. She was very fast to respond both by phone and emails. The limo was nice and very clean including the champagne glasses that were available for us to use. A group of 18 of my friends and I took one of the party buses for a night out, Very professional and courteous. Driver got us to the concert on time and was promptly waiting when it was over, got us home safe and sound. We have used Stark Livery a number of times and have been very pleased. The latest ride was from my house to Bush IAH Airport. It was a very early flight and we needed a 3:30am. pickup. The driver arrived a bit early and we had a smooth drive in a large comfortable Hummer. The drivers are helpful, courteous and very reliable. We will certainly book our next ride with Stark Livery!!
