Highly recommend Elite Car and Limousine Service. Moe were very polite and response in email to all questions (we were flying into George Bush Intercontinental Airport from UK). We decided to opt for an alternative limousine service to pick us up us when we arrived, as they were a few bucks cheaper. Hired this company to and from the airport for our family vacation. The driver on the way to the airport arrived at our house 15 minutes early and was very helpful loading our luggage for us. The car was a brand new Chevrolet Suburban that my son liked very much. On the way back from Dallas our flight was delayed. I just hired this service to take my parents to the airport and pick them up on their return. Having just heard from them about their experience, it sounds like this is the worst town car service in town, and I will NEVER hire them again.Their driver was 25 minutes late picking them up at the terminal. When he arrived, he walked up without saying a word, grabbed two of their bags (there were many more) and took off across the terminal. When they got to the car, the backseat was trashy and disgusting. Then, on top of all that, the driver stopped to get gas AFTER picking them up. Extremely unprofessional.
