Maxwell Bonetti came to my office and did not understand the concept of NO.... he literally sat here after I told him I was not signing anything and he kept pushing me to answer why.. last I checked a NO is a NO and if i choose to give an explanation I will. He left here laughing at me telling me I must like overpaying.. He better not show his face here again or try calling Reliant on my behalf (since he took a copy of my bill).
It is a hard job that is not for everyone. You put in a lot of hours for little to no pay. It is a typical commission based sales job. You have to work hard in order to make money. They promise a 9-5 M-F work week but cant always guarantee it. The team leaders and co-workers are very up lifting and easy to get along with. The hardest part of the job is just staying with it and not being lazy. The most enjoyable part of the job is being around customers that you get to help.
Be very cautious with this group. They are not trying to help the customer, but make as much money as possible in very underhanded ways. They are deceitful and were sneaky when I dealt with them. Not a trustworthy company. You will be sorry if you deal with them.
DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER! Typical scam artists who hire young inexperienced sales reps and teach them to hard close every deal. It is a numbers game as they do not have your best interest in mind! It is only a matter of time before the IRS goes sniffing around this organization. If I could have given zero or negative stars I would have.
This company teaches you how to sell a product. Problem is that you walk door to door trying to switch their provider. You learn to tell stories that will convince the buyer to think they are going to be paying less and getting a deal on it by saying they might not Qualify but once they sign that contract, you effectively made them pay MORE for their electricity and you get a tiny piece of that revenue while the company scores the majority of the profity.
If i could give this place zero stars i would
Get you in the contract.. locked you down. Call the guy that sell you the electric.. no answer. Gotta watch out.
I worked for RES for 5 months and due to my boyfriend relocating outside texas I was not able to continue working there. I still talk to so many of the team members from the Houston crew. I was only there for 5 months but I was able to get a promotion in that short time. I made about 3-5k a month there. If I was back in Houston I would start working for them again in a heart beat.
Great employer, interviewed with this company last week. Awesome upbeat place to work as a new hirer.
Great company who takes care of their customers and employees!
Well, there customer service is top notch. The only thing that i dont like about this company is because ive got ripped off by their Index product the first time i signed with them, and then ive got ripped off again by their Block Purchase. Didnt know ive got ripped until my son told me about it, because they add a large amount of commission to the adder.
Go door to door trying to convince people to buy energy thru you. Scam artists.
Love it here with the culture cant wait!!! 50-5
They got me too. Took advantage of an elderly employee and slammed us on a contract. Will not meet to discuss the issue.
Not a good place to work.
