Horrible experience. I let them valet park my car at Brenners on the Bayou and they parked my car across the street in a dark alley. My car was broken into and items were stolen. Had an outstanding experience parking at the Hobby Center last night. They were all full up and Mr. Ron S. helped us and was able to find us parking to make sure my Mom & Uncles with mobility issues didnt have to walk far. This is a stand up company and Ron was the best.
Used sovereign services valet at St. Luke’s hospital for parking. They damaged my vehicle and would take no responsibility for it. They don’t give receipts unless you ask for one. I did have a receipt but they still refused to take responsibility because I didn’t see the damage until the next morning. What goes around comes around. The lack of a receipt scam only foreshadows other questionable business practices. Don’t take any chances with your car by letting their so called valets ruin it.
We only trust Sovereign with our events. They are very professional, and we do not have to worry about our guests being managed with customer service in mind.
I am SO upset with this company! There is no parking at Willie Gs on Post Oak so you are forced to valet. They damaged my car and I didnt notice it until the next day because it was 10pm and pitch black outside. I reported it the very next day and a month later I get a vague letter with no contact info saying they arent responsible for the damages because I didnt report it at the time of event. Of course they are cash only and dont provide you with a receipt so they try to claim afterwards that you were never there.
They crashed the rear bumper of my wifes car, then denied responsibility. The car was a brand new car too. Dont trust your car with this company. Very shady!!!
Rude valet parking members. Just want you to get out of the way so they can move more cars. Dont care about your car and then expect a tip and if your tip is not what they want they will even get angry.Tried talking with they Director of Parking Operations, Edwardo Rodriguez, and he didnt care.Low class valet parking service.
Today my family and I were eating at Oceanaire. We left the car with the valet there. When were done eating my sister gave the ticket to the valet to get the car. 20 minutes later, 4 or 5 people that came after us got their cars but us! My mom has a really bad back so she went to the valet and asked him and he seemed confused. 10 minutes later, my mom started getting angry as she was in such awful pain and started screaming at the guy to get the car. He screamed back and got 2 of people that were wearing hoodies and that seemed like theyre his friends to come insult me and my family, threaten us, and so on. I was called the worst names I have ever heard, without saying anything bad back. One of them heard me say something in arabic to my sister, since we are Egyptian, and he went on about how were terrorists and that we need to go back to our own country. I called 911, 3 police officers came. The end of the story, they asked me to complain to management and said they cannot do anything about it. I was insulted, discriminated against, and not respected one bit.
I regret to work for this company, they dont know how to treat the employees, im not working for this company no more. Waste my time and energy, and treated like im nothing, its sad.
This place is abosouletly horrible to work for they are racist and only move up there own . They will move people up past you that can’t even speak English . Daniel bugoni is the worst supervisor I have ever seen in my life and this guy Elvis is a joke . They tell you they pay 10 to 15 then you get to the interview and they give you six it’s a scam
Horrible service the galleria needs to terminate their contract and find another company. Price doesn’t matter.
