Not a good place to work for, plenty of money to make. Very ghetto way too much favoritism. Good company worst management, employees lie alot. High turnover rate due to management I see why. Wasnt there just for the extra checks, was there for investment purposes, from my first person experience I wouldnt invest my money into company.

Don’t know this company but they committed fraud on my account for money through a fake check which I haven’t even used checks for over 6 years and now I have to close it. BEWARE!!!

I didnt know about this company until today they took money out of my bank without my permission worse of all they did it by a check which I dont use and which means they fake my signature for my bank to authorized now I had to close my bank account

This company does not call me. but call to my job every day several times a day, and once we answer, they dont say anything, not even like oh sorry wrong number. they call several times. Im not sure if they are waiting for someone else to answer so they can ask for money but when they call and we answer and realized is a company then they dont say anything. must be nice to get pay to be calling random numbers to collect money or scam people as I read in this other reviews. but if you guys already know we are a company. please stop calling, Stop Calling!! I actually need to work and not just to play with the phone.as update today they call again and instead of answer like my company I say just Hello. and finally they stared talking about collections. All you need to say is cease and desist and if the contact one more time you will have your lawyer handle this which can be 1000.00 fine for each time they contact you in the future. They sit in front of a screen and calls are forwarded to them

They have your information in some sort of way to freak you out. Don’t give into them. They are also very unprofessional. They say they have specials to pay off bills, but do not give into them. This place is ridiculous. They call constantly and now have found my work number. I told them not to contact me at work and the lady got rude demanding to know what time I will be available. I told her again not to call me at work and she still demanded to know what time Id be available. I dont have time to sit there and argue with someone about not contacting me WHILE IM AT WORK, ON MY WORK PHONE. That should never be appropriate. I have already talked to these people, several times in fact, regarding an outstanding medical debt. Its not like they were never able to reach me by phone. When I get the money, it will be paid. Calling me at my job is not going make money magically appear in my bank account. STOP HARASSING ME!

They called me and harassed me constantly about credit card debt that I WAS ALREADY PAYING OFF! I didnt share any information because when they called it seemed rather shady. Call your lenders and creditors if you have questions about your credit cards. Never give your information to a company you have never heard of because they may be a scam.

The caller lied. Said that they had been trying to locate me and had called both mobile and work phones. I told them: I happen to be in charge of the phone system here, can provide every call inbound and outbound (both phones) and this is the first time you have called

They get zero if I could. 1st I was told by my old back the sent the amount I owe to fma. I called with my name, ss#,who I owe and amount with my address. They told me my zip code was wrong so they couldnt help me. Hmmm how can my zip be wrong when its on my DL. So I fax proff to show them they have the wrong info. Finally I get to pay the bill. I ask the lady before I pay it with my checking info when I can get proof she tells me 2 days. I call back 2 days later when the funds have been taken from me account to be to they cant verify me. After a long fight I get verified. Then I get told they cant send proof for 30 day cause I paid with a check. Dont do boss with fma if u can call your creditor and pay then direct. Otherwise make sure u send them a money order or something like that. They are a horrible company and no one is on the same page.

Called me on my work phone while at work regarding a bill I already paid for. Not sure how they found my number either. Its a huge scam. Dont believe them if they call.

Constantly calling, like every 8 min, 14 calls between 7:55am cst, and 11:12am on the 12th of September alone. They ask for different people and for different reasons, but all calls have one thing in common, THEY WANT MONEY, by any means necessary.Once they asked for my routing number to my checking account as a deposit for a Cruise ship Vacation for 2 that I won. What were they going to do then? How many people either got ripped off by a random high turn over employee, or actually paid toward a old hospital bill, then drove to the dock, bags packed and, wait wheres my Cruise ship tickets?1 star, because you have to put a star to rate, but I am sure, without doubt, that they would be in the red if a zero star-5-star negative system were in place, also guessing to apply for a job with these people you must give them a good rating, just kidding, its probably not all of that, but who knows.

This company contacted my husband claiming I owed money for a hospital bill that has already been paid. The man on the phone seemed very hostile, threatening that we need to pay asap.Now Im having to deal with my insurance company and getting them in contact with each other. This is ridiculous.

I guess this is a collection agency. I called them back wondering why they were calling a phone number I had recently setup using Office 365 Cloud services and the Agent at FMA claimed they were trying to contact a Carmen Vasquez.When I explained this phone number had recently been setup two weeks ago and there was no Carman Vasquez at this number, the Agent said she would remove the number from their list and briefly hung up on me.So annoying.

Statute of limitations ran out on this debt that I allegedly owe. I asked to dispute and was told I was going to be sued and this was a refusal to pay. These people are the worst and they definitely do not require much of a personality to work there.... hey FMA since your actively reading my review hows this, I turned you in to the Nebraska Attorney general seeing as you arent licensed to collect in Nebraska, and I hired an FDCPA attorney!!!

The excessive phone calls are annoying, obviously. However the people that i spoke with (Robert Jackson, Denesia) were very polite and pleasant. Im not accustomed to EVER working with respectful debt collectors, majority can be a REAL PAIN IN THE ***. If more of them displayed the same attitude as these two collectors, i believe the return on collecting payments would be higher. Sadly, but sometimes results are due to the nasty collectors.

Incessant calls for someone that I have never heard of. I have taken their calls multiple times to tell them that they have the wrong number. They wont quit calling. Theyre now blocked, but I show at least 5 missed calls per day from them.... still for the same person that isnt at this number.
