Coach Hess has opened new doorways of communication for our family, by allowing us to participate in the pilot program for children. After our kids answered a few, easy questions, we were able to our children’s personalities on paper. The reports were spot on and having Coach Hess come and review our reports with the children, really brought all key communication factors into light for each individual. He is warm, friendly and a confident motivator. The kids absolutely enjoyed having Coach Hess explain their reports to them and were incredibly surprised at how accurate they were. It motivated them to try different methods of communication and conflict resolutions.
