Purchased a haircut online, showed up during business hours on Tuesday and not a single employee is present. Over the course of 3 hours not a single employee showed up and the door remained locked during business hours (1-4pm) and no one answers the phones. Seems like they are out of business, DO NOT COME HERE.- in response to the clear FRIENDLY customer service below, I was there 3 hours you can say you saw me when you walked back from lunch but yet you took a 3 hour lunch AND DIDNT STOP A CUSTOMER FROM LEAVING. Oh and I did follow instructions, but maybe if you guys picked up your phone and didn’t have a voicemail inbox that was full it’d be easier to make an appointment. Additionally your website doesn’t even work, what a joke.

Love these guys. Make sure to call and make an appointment. This is not a franchise. These guys work hard to keep this business growing. I met them when I bought a Groupon. From there on I was hooked. They greet you like family. They remember the conversations you had and pick up where you left off. Always looking forward to a visit.

Booked my appointment ahead of time on a thrusday since I purchased through Groupon. I show up at my appointed time and they tell me the Groupon is only good Tuesday and Wednesday. No where in the details of the Groupon or the conversation I had on the phone with three of the barbers was that mentioned. Ended of canceling my order and getting a refund for wasting my time and not accommodating me and Im a first time customer! Great first impression!

Ive had several shaves. Quentin was great. Took his time, lots of conditioner and towels. No razor burn at all. Greatness!

I walked in and they were cutting hair even though their shop had been hit with flood damage days before. Great cut, and great guys too.

Pretty cool environment barbers take pride in the work they do and its a around guys/gentleman barbershop.

My barber shop history proves Im not very loyal. Im very guilty of picking last minute haircuts at any place on the corner and regret it everytime. Hygienix is the only place i will go from now on. Barbers listen have excellent scissor skills. I spoiled myself with a hot towel shave. They left every other barber shop in the dust!

Worst customer service ever! After 2 hours waiting the guy just told me we dont accept Groupon on today because we dont make money of it.Are you kidding me? Then why you have an add on it. This is hilarious. So disappointed.

I was running 7 minutes late so I called to tell them. The grumpy man that answered said well see what happens when you get here. When I arrived 7 minutes later he told me I would have to reschedule.
