Was given good customer service, hair salons usually have issues cutting my hair but this salon managed to do a great job!

Just left that place and had a very bad experience there. I asked that my son get a scissor cut, no clippers, and she still used clippers on his hair. I told her several times to only use scissors and she just ignored my request and kept using clippers. As she was using the clippers, her daughter that was there helping her cut hair told her that my wife was looking at her use the clippers and she said that she didnt care because we werent going to want to pay 60 dollars for a scissor only cut. She could have told us since we asked for a scissor cut. When we were paying she asked if it was fine and I said no, my wife asked you to only use scissors on his hair, and she lied and said that my wife asked for that after she had already used the clippers. She is a liar.
