Seriously, I never thought Id write a GOOD review for a bail bonds co. Unfortunately, Ive had to visit a couple of these places to help others in the past and every time its a hassle and the staff is always rude. Surprisingly, Capitol didnt feel that way. They were friendly and very helpful. I was in and out with no problems. I hardly write reviews but they deserve some recognition!

I meant to write this Review a year ago. One of the best bail bonds company!! My boyfriends bond from another bomd company was snatched because of a few missed check ins and when he went to court they took him back to jail! Well after getring the run around from sveral bail bond companies I called Capitol in the middle of the night, I didnt get an answer so I hung up and before I could move on to the next bond company Miss Carla called me right back and long story short she said I will help you! She gave me a reasonable payment plan, down payment and whatver else was needed so that what happened with the last bond company didnt happen again! she was truly a life saver and I would recommend her and Capitol bail bonds any day hands down

Rude Rude Lady I Spoke with On The Phone, Rude Rude Rude Rude. First of All, She Answers The Phone Like She Doesnt Have One Bit of Life In Her, Shouldnt be Dealing With Customers If you Arent Friendly and Upbeat. She Asked What I Was Calling For And I Tried Explaining Before I Got Even 3 Words Out She Said One Moment, Boom On Hold for 2 Minutes....? Excuse Me Please Dont Just Cut Me off And Put Me On Hold. She Didnt Even Let me Say Alright To Her Putting Me On Hold, After That. I Said I Was Calling To Find out My Husbands Bond Amount To Bail Him Out And She Asked For My Name (Which Was a Little Different Considering No Other Bail Bonds Asked) So I Asked Her My Name Or His Im Sorry? And She said Rudely, I Did Ask For Your Name So Your Name.... Anyways, I Wouldnt Recommend this Place At All, Rude Rude Customer Service And People Skills.
