A good place to get a bond

People at this company call our home constantly looking for criminals...sick of their harassment of a private family with unlisted number. You call back and try to stop harassment they hang up. No I do not know Reginald Wiliams...they call me about every Williams that skips. NO MY NAME IS NOT WILLIAMS .which means they have created databases of people just to call and harass. This should be illegal. Whomever licenses should review their operations much more closely.

Paid Bond Sun.at 4:30 pm.Mistake made by taking bond to wrong jail. Then the Galveston County jail did not check for actual person. I called 24 hours later to Aable bond - they called 45 mins. Later to Houston Jail.Ultimately my Son had to remain in Jail another Day, because of Aables MISTAKE.I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO AABLE BOND COMPANY.VERY INCOMPETENT.......

Never use this company. They will steal your money!!! They will not explain hidden fees and will not send your contract. They will put you on hold and not re answer. If you ask them a question they will start talking about everything else but the specific questions you have... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complete trash and scam.... they have STOLEN 3300 for a 2000 bond and person is still in custody. Reported to bond board and hired a lawyer. I REPEAT DO NOT USE. They will take funds from your bank... reported fraud also

When my associate got a non arrest bond she didnt know what to do. After getting the run around by other bonding companies I called Aable and even though it was well after there 9pm closing time Ms. Ebony and Mr. Sunday took awesome care of us.

It was horrible from the beginning. I was attended by 2 beginning employees by 2 left at 3pm they did not know to to do the paper work just take the money out from my card. I called later on that day to ask what time would the person be out and the guy said he had no paperwork or contract from me so I had to come back . I had to leave work pick up my kids in a rush before they closed at 9. At the end they refund my money but charge me $60 for processing fee when they didnt even do anything. Poor service and they have no communication between managers or employees because I called many times and nobody knew the inconvience I went thru.

Terrible service. Although I have been to a different location twice and it was great, this particular location gave me extremely bad customer service and customer care. Every time I asked a question or asked for help I was reaponded to with a “smart remark”. I’m aware of the time the company closes but we got there waaaay before they even closed. Yet we were still not finished with filling out paper work after they closed. To make everything worse, they refused to process the paperwork into the computer right before we were done, their reason behind it, was because they were closed. Employees should have still showed the effort and respect each customer deserves. Now I have to drive to another location tomorrow to complete the process. I will not be recommending people to this location & warning others !!
