There are two types of people in this company. One is management and other labourer. Management got most, better pay, benefits and bonuses and employee got nothing, almost no pay, no benefits. Given, my best to company when they had hardly anyone left at my airport. But, never got praised for help I did. The care more to be work done than employee. So, i would say 1/5.

Unprofessional people, no one hardly talks and communicates with each. Discrimination is common here because of Monica who somehow became a supervisor

They are friendly and pay good money .
