Very good people and place to have your foreign car fixed. The only thing I didnt like was that I wasnt offered sone type of warranty. Maybe because I bought my own part idk

The moment I walk into the shop, it was a friendly welcome. I brought in my car for trouble starting and my mom also brought in her car for alignment and tires. Surprisingly the Diagnostic was super fast and they immediately will tell you what you need to do. The price is reasonable in my opinion.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! This is the worst shop they will rip you off. They are the biggest liars, they messed our car up and told us there is 5 more things wrong with it and the car is not drivable until we pay more to get it fixed.

Do not take your vehicle here! They’ll tell you that you need to pay the $75 before they even look at it and that the $75 would not go towards the repair. I told them i know what the check engine light is for and once i told them that they said they can’t get parts for my truck.

They tend to have a bank mentality. Always ask for the final cost for repairs. Whenever they call back due to unforeseen extra repairs, ASK!!! how much it will cost you. They love to hit you with extra diagnostic costs, this is not cheap.

Brought in my car for a computer diagnostics due to check engine light on and misfire. They never plugged it to a computer or data logger. Did a few manual/visual inspection and assumed it was the ignition system and asked me to leave it overnight for further inspection at additional cost. I declined and asked to speak to the mechanic. I asked the mechanic if he was able to pull the cel code. He said no. He said it could be a bad coil and spark plug wires but i know i already tested resistance on both tested good. The mechanic seemed rude and incompetent. He was munching on sunflower seeds all the while talking to me. Bad communications! I paid $70 diagnostic fee for nothing. Waste of time and money.

I brought my wifes van in on a Saturday with a water pump leak. The job was completed that day at a fair price and my wife was on the road Monday morning. That was 5 years ago. Since then, my son, daughter, and I have had other great experiences at this shop. They explain the problem and install quality replacement parts at a competitive shop rate. I recommend Veterans Auto Repair to my friends.

Horrible. Took our car two them twice for it to be running the exact same, and told us we would have to pay $450 for them to repair it again. Go to another Shop thats honest. They take advantage of you and are SCAM ARTIST!!!!! Stay Away!!!!

Ive came here a few times, but I see that they find prices online and almost double the price for then here. I asked for a spark plug change and he said 245. I told him I already had the parts and he reduced it to 145. SPARK PLUGS DO NOT COST 100$. YOU HAVE TO BE INSANE FOR ME NOT TO NOTICE YOURE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. Please avoid this shop at all costs. Theyre not worth is and all other reviews of this place back me up.

You pay $75 for a diagnostic before any repair even if the issue or problem is obvious. They will repair what you reported as a problem when you brought the vehicle in for service. However despite the $75 diagnostic they will not reveal anything other than what you brought the vehicle in for. There is no recommendation provided or a copy of the diagnostic itself. So after the initial repair you still have a check engine light and will have to pay another $75 for a second diagnosis for any further service

They fixed my truck and I was very satisfied with the service and price, but when I took my daughters car in because of a loud knocking sound they tried to get me to replace the engine for nearly $5000. It turned out to be a broken pulley on the A/C compressor. I actually found the problem myself. My regular mechanic fixed it for $898.

Buyer Beware! This place takes advantage of you when you have a problem with your car. We tried to get our car looked at for the transmission but they said they couldn’t tell and we paid $45 for them to wash under the car and another $55 to have them replenish the fluids. The manager still said they couldn’t find the leak and we had to drive it first. Went back the following day and he acted like he never spoke to us!! This is the worst repair shop in Houston!!! It should be illegal to lie to customers!!! Do yourself a favor and go to another repair that’s honest and reliable

Total rip off this company will rob you blind, I once came in for a brake job, this company quoted me $641, got a second opinion and paid $260.These people will especially scam a woman, dont go there you will regret it, try Tony Lim across the street.

This place is straight garbage. Asked for air in one tire, they tried to charge me $5; money hungry. Went across the street to the tire place and they gave me free ait with NO problem. Beware of this place.

Terrible service! Wanted to fix the piston ring in my RAV4, I already knew the problem but they demanded they need to do a diagnostic test. In the end, they said the problem was exactly what I said and now I have to pay $75 for a dumb test that I already knew what the problem was.I also did an oil change there, however now my car is leaking oil. Dont come here, youll waste your money and time.

I went in for a check engine light and I got a detailed report explaining the problem with an exact price estimate for the diagnostics fee. Quality parts with warranty extension and the labor rate is less then everyone else. They even washed my car as a courtesy.

They seemed like good honest people. The reason I am giving them such a poor rating is because after he charged me $540 to replace the a/c compressor in my Mustang Cobra it only lasted for two months. My belts started making a loud sq-eel and all of the sudden I had no a/c again and the compressor clutch flew from under the car landing on the grass. I took my car back and now he is charging me $450 because his mechanic was not knowledgeable enough to know that you have to change the drier and a hose with a filter. So know Im almost a $1000 dollars in with an A/C repaired bye a mechanic who might knot know what hes doing. This is not how a man of his word does buissnes were I come from. If I told you I fixed it and you came back to me in two months I would feel ashamed of the job I did and fix it for you atleast at a discount or something. Instead I get a half English speaking man telling me that I have to pay for parts that they should have installed in the first place. So know I miss work because I dont have a car and I have to pay for there sheer ignorance. What is this world coming to. I am currently debating a law suit against the place. So if you are in the same boat. Email me and we could joint law suit the place. This is America and a business man should be held accountable for his word in one way or another. If not what kind of examples of men are we leaving for our children. We are not thieves and justice will prevail.

Bad. Came in cause my engine light was on. One Hispanic guy told me diagnosis fee was 75. I talked to the boss there and he said it was 60... Anyway I got my car checked. They called me later saying it was a coolant leak and something was warped. Basically wanted to charge me $2500 for repairs but he said Ill help you with an engine replacement for less. Overcharged me $40 for a bottle of liquid aluminum to help seal the leaks. Never ever coming over here again.

They gave me estimate to repair my car but it was very very expensive. So I told them I would like to take my car somewhere else. So what they did is fixing my car and bill me for it. I refuse to do so unless I pay them extra to remove the part they have installed. Basically pay double

Excellent quality of service and parts at a fair price...thats the good deal you want on auto repair. No hassle here with low price cheap service.
