Jennifer was kind and very patient with my indecisiveness to have my car towed and repaired. Once the car arrived at the shop, we noticed the key was left at home and she had an employee drive me back home to get it. After the mechanic inspected the car he noticed that my previous mechanic purposefully cut my belt and Jennifer brought me to the car and had me see it for myself which I thought was super cool and professional. The only thing I dreaded was the wait of over 6 hours for a loaner but I guess it was better than not having a car for a couple of days. I highly recommend this shop as they are very upfront and try to work with you, plus Jennifer was great!

Copying over my Yelp review because MotorLane deserves the love...I went to MotorLane Automotive to get work done on my 2001 WV Passat. I knew there were some serious problems with my car as it was making a few different noises when it drove and was even leaking oil. I took a drive around the block with Chad (the manager) and the mechanic so that they both could hear the noises that were concerning me. Just from listening, the two sounded like they had a good idea of what the problem was but wanted to lift the car up to make sure. Once the visual inspection confirmed their thoughts they took the time to show me the issues they were seeing and explained everything simply. I really appreciated this. They gave me a fair quote and allowed me to borrow one of their cars for a few days while the work was being completed. Again, very much appreciated this. Being an older car, there were a few other things needing fixed. Chad gave honest and accurate feedback on what was critical and what was not. When I came back to pick up my car I was surprised to find that they had cleaned my car inside and out! My car has been running (and looking) beautifully for a week now with no issues!Bottom line is I highly recommend MotorLane Automotive for their friendly service, fair prices and honest work.

I’ve received services ranging from window repairs, interior door electronics, engine belts, and a couple oil changes from MotorLane. Three visits total over the past two years and I plan to return for more in the future. Their work is consistent, if anything it has progressively improved - especially regarding their customer service efforts. Communication is prompt and consistent - even after the work is completed. I had an issue with my vehicle after my last visit and they went out of their way to compensate me for this item. Good looking shop both in the vehicle bay and customer waiting area. I’ve recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so.

This is my first ever Google review, which I had to write because of how good this place is. Ive been in three times and each time they have fixed my car much better and for less money than I expected. They were extremely helpful in dealing with my car after hurricane Harvey flooded it. I brought in a Mazda and a BMW and Motorlane did a great job on both.

Ive had an awesome experience dealing with these guys. My engine had gave out back in December, took it to 5 different mechanic shops and these guys, by far, offered me the best deal.I started having some issues with my rotors and as I was told by other mechanics that my bearing were also bad since my car was making a humming noise. Took it to these guys they test drove and was told that nothing was wrong with my bearings and actually pointed out the real problem as to what was causing that humming sound.These guys are honest and very reasonable with the pricing in parts and labor. Took my 545 BMW for a service as I did have a lot of oil leaks right & leftI knew I need a lot done to fix it.A complete change of all gaskets and seals .the staff were very friendly, honest and explained to me the exact job needed to fix my car and the estimate time expected to do the job they offered me a loaner car and transportation to my home. Honest Professional Service. First I took my 2007 Toyota Tacoma for tune up. Their mechanic suggested that it would be wise to change the water pump since it was appearing at the end of its life. I took the recommendation and got it changed. I use this vehicle primarily for business and after getting a tune-up and minor repairs my truck is driving much smoother then before.Furthermore, since I had a great experience I took my dad there for his 2009 Toyota Camry and they completely re-did the car with complete inspection and repairs for needed items to bring the car at certified levels. My Dad is really satisfied and pleased with the repairs and with how much it costed him to do the repairs. High Fives from me and my family for great service and performance.

I usually do not take the time to write a review for services, but this one i felt it was worth it. The excellent level of customer service, honest work, professionalism exceeded my expectations. I have completely switched from my previous mechanic shop (MIDAS and NTB) to MotorLane as the level of attention my car got at MotorLane(Mercedes C250 2013 model) was equivalent if not BETTER then the level of attention my car got at the Mercedes dealership. Its a all in one shop- I got my Synthetic oil changed, Inspection sticker renewed, 2 sensors replaces, and a brand new windshield for a fraction of the quote previously provided to me by Midas and Mercedes. Again would highly recommend this mechanic and body work shop for all cars especially for people who value honesty.

I saw their high rating in google, called their office, then booked an appointment online and showed up. My experience could not be worse than it ended up being. All I wanted was to replace an exterior door handle on the drivers door. I had a brand new part ready as well. When I called, the lady who picked up the phone, Jennifer, said $50 to $60 for labor and you can come in anytime other than Saturday. When I showed up, she remembered our call but she said I told you $70 or $80, right? I said you told me $50 - $60 actually. She talked to her guys inside and came out and said $65 plus tax and will take about an hour and I accepted. It took two hours instead. A guy came in and told me they did a complementary inspection on the car and Ive several issues that need fixing. I told him Ill take care of it and just replace the handle. After 10 minutes, I paid and took my car. The handle opened fine. When I parked at home, I noticed they have broken the interior door handle and tried to glue it in. I called them immediately and Jennifer blatantly lied saying it was already broken when I brought it in which was completely not true. I use the handle every time I got off and it was clean and perfect right when I parked at their premise. Besides, I asked her if they took their time to inspect and tell me about the coolant and all other problems I had, why didnt they bother to tell me the interior handle was broken which they had to remove in order to replace the exterior handle. They were completely unethical and unprofessional. There was no reason for them to lie about for an item they could replace with less than $7. Instead, they chose to lie about it outright to my face.The below is a response to the note added as from the owner which is just another piece of exaggerated lies. The only reason why Im responding to you is because I got the statistics that people are indeed reading these reviews and I want to make sure they wont be exposed to your awful service. You claim that Jennifer disclosed what you had to do to replace the door handle which was not true. I gave her the car key, she saw door handle in and out, and I sat in the office for two hours. The next communication I had with anyone was when one of the guys came in and told me whatever service he was trying to up sell about the coolant etc which I declined. About 15 minutes after that, they gave me my key and I left. No one at any point mentioned anything about the inside door handle being broken and glued. And, it certainly was NOT broken at all when I brought it in, because Id have seen it when I used it to open the door when I arrived. Since you seem to be determined to stick to your lies, this is what Im going to do now: Ill dispute the charge on my credit card, deduct the cheapest fee I see online for the inside door handle, deduct 50% of the labor fee you charged me to replace the inside door handle and pay the remaining balance. This will probably teach you a lesson in your next blunder.

After work, my truck would not start. I contacted the road side assistance through my insurance and this is where they recommended taking my truck. Showed up while they were closing, but had no problem leaving it overnight to be worked on in the morning. I was called with the diagnosis - bad starter - and given an estimate. Jennifer even arranged to have a car pick me up after work. There is never a good time to have mechanical issues, but they helped a bad situation turn out alright, in the end.

I found this place on google .The young men I believe their name is Jad or Jawad are the most honest people I ever met .I took my Honda Civic to couple of the mechanics around that area so they prices were very helpful high.My car had a major problem and their fix in 2 days and even they give me ride to my place.Great prices and awesome customer satisfaction.

I would have rated 5 star if I didnt know this. The time belt of my car was changed back in early 2017 (mileage 110k). The store was rated almost 5 star back then. At the time I was suggested to replace the spark plugs, and I agreed. They even showed me the OEM spark plugs. It turned out they didnt do the work. Why did I know? As I moved to another state due to work, I felt the car gradually became sluggish, and poor gas mileage. In August 2017 at the suggestion of a reputable local shop, I spent $300+ to change the spark plugs (mileage 125k). I immediately felt the difference after the service. The car became smoother and have better gas mileage. Obviously Motorlane didnt replace the spark plugs!My MB was also serviced a few time there before I learned the spark plug issue. The cost used to be quite reasonable, but NO MORE. For example, my MB has some scratches at the front and rear bumper. Their estimate was $1500. The MB dealer estimate was $900. Same for routine maintenance services. Brake fluid flush cost $150 ($50 for maintenance reset!). Fortunately, there are quite a few shops in that area with excellent google ratings. AVOID this shop!

I have a 2011 Mini Cooper S that I brought to these guys and it was having problems with the passenger side strut. Let me just preface this review by saying I have 3 years of experience in the car business. I arrived and the manager Chad greeted me very warmly and rode with me to get a feel for the problem I was experiencing. Then he had his tech drive the car, after which they placed my car on the lift and examined it. When the found out what the problem was, Chad grabbed me from the waiting area and brought me over to my car and explained what a good strut looked like and then he showed me the bad one and provided numerous analogies in order for me to understand what was going on and what could happen. He then provided me with a very fair quote to get the work done in, without ANY pressure whatsoever. NONE. I got the work done and I am happy to report that I am very pleased. I HIGHLY recommend this place. (another note, I really dont write reviews that often either) Good honest and quality service. You dont see that too often.

Customer Service was 10+ stars. I walked in and was welcomed by the service advisor Fadi.I was there for an oil change. So this gentleman suggested the synthetic oil that can last for 5K miles, not 3K miles. I stayed at the office and had some coffe. After 20 minutes, Mr. Fadi came with my keys and he was like we did the oil change, checked your power steering oil, brakes, .... i was impressed by the service i got. Jennifer, Chad, and Amir are wonderful. I was skeptical taking my truck to a mechanic as this was my first time, and my reception at Motorlane was tiers above and beyond what I was expecting. Their patience is phenomonal, their service is A++, and their customer service is out of this world. I chose this location because of their perfect 5 star rating on google and Yelp, and the reviews were right in line with my experience. Their prices are fair, their labor is top notch, and they are always ready and willing to answer any questions or concerns.They will be getting my business again, and I will be sending all of my friends here. Took my SUV in 3 days ago. They were wonderful they took good care of me. The inside was very roomy and cozy. Amir Ghoreishi sent me my quotes through email for my records. Also gave me a call today to ask me how everything was. Will go back. Also I dont know the front office girl name but she was very welcoming. They want to make sure you are comfortable and understand whats going on with your vehicle.

Took my car to this shop looking forward to their service. Customer service treats you well but the quality of your returned vehicle is not satisfactory. I will say they tried to rectify their mistakes but caused more damage to my vehicle in the end. Read on for full explanation, otherwise, if you need body work, consider other options.Brought in my CR-Z coupe for a bumper replacement paid for by insurance. Received my car with mud inside and the paint mismatching my original silver color. They called me back apologizing for condition my car was returned and offered me a free detail on the house for he inconvenience- great! Was happy with this. I ended up asking if they could repaint the car correctly after 2 weeks because the color was so noticeably different, they accepted— great!Brought my car back, they said they’d fix it. Got a phone call from one of their service reps telling me paint will not match because that’s how it works, and that’s just how it is. I had to explain to him that it’s the way the paint was mixed and how the coats were lacking in layers. He tried to convince me further this is normal for body shops to not have matching paint. He wanted me to take the car as is, I asked that they complete the work paid in full by my insurance check. He was “able to convince management to fix it.”Got a call it’s ready to pick up and get there to find the repaint job they did had edges that were incomplete with the original white of the bumper visible, my car had black rubber markings on the driver side door panel, and on top of that my car was detailed inside with all my stuff thrown around inside and he exterior was not washed, car was just rinsed. And again this guy tries to tell me “we got your car like this. They washed your car and this is what we see” —- again, my car was only rinsed. He said “we don’t have anyone who checks the work we just get the cars back from the shop and that’s it” — not cool. Told him clearly my car wa just rinsed, and I definitely didn’t bring my car in with black rubber markings from a tool.I asked them to please fix and I’m not looking for anything but my car in a repaired, correctly painted condition. I also asked them to no longer wash my car just get he paint job done so I can get my car back. I don’t yell at people when things aren’t right, I ask nicely. No point in making situations worse.One whole month later, I get my car back. Interior detailed, paint job still not satisfactory (dust bumps, etc) but at least matches the rest of the vehicle in color, and I also see they did NOT heed my request and had someone attempt to wash my car.I’m only writing this review now because every time I’m walking up to my vehicle, I sigh to look at it. Every time before I get into my car I have to see my headlights improperly buffed where they have scratch marks and discoloration due to some of the clear plastic getting scrapped by the bufffer and dirt. And every time I get into my car and do my usual once over to make sure I didn’t get dinged in the parking lot, I have to see my car has scrape marks all throughout the body from someone buffing my car while it was dusty/dirty, I pause to consider when I should get a full body paint job, and each time I see my car I regret that I ever took my car to this place for body repair.I can not recommend this location for body work. Maybe repairs, but the only repair I requested on top of the body work was a windshield replacement. So far no leaks, so there’s that.Customer service is fine, very friendly front desk Jennifer, but evident there is lots of communication confusion among the staff.Again will say they TRiED to make amends to the problems, and I very much appreciate an auto repair location that’s willing to do that, but it was with some push and pull. Also they need to listen to their customers a little more. I really wish they listened to me and didn’t bother washing my car anymore and just left it rinsed.2 stars for being able to get my car back with the right paint. 1 star for the condition my car is in now.
