I called to see if they offer title services on the phone and was put on hold for 8 minutes so hanged up. I went to the place since is close by where I work at and Kim I believe is her name was with another lady talking on her desk. She said she will be attending me shortly. After 20 mins of my arrive two other customers showed up and she finally finished talking to the lady which was a coworker next to her office. She skipped the other two workers ahead of me and didn’t a knowledge me at all. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Around almost an hour pass after Kim finished attending them and she continue talking to her coworker. I just walked out and happy I didn’t contracted her.

Kim was amazing. She handled what we needed done in a timely manner despite non stop phone calls. Even handled a extremely rude and abrasive customer who thought he didnt have to wait very well!! Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful title company I transferred over 2 titles super easy no DMV took my information straight toNkem and she took care of it.

I did a title transfer 3 months ago. I’ve called several times and they keep saying they will check and call back with information. They’ve taken my information down each time I call.I still have not received my title and plates nor an answer from them as to what the hold up is. I get everyone is behind on transfers from COVID but 3 months and still no word is unacceptable and unprofessional. At this point I feel like they have stollen my title and probably have transferred it into whoever’s name they wanted on my money. I’m thinking about calling the police. I honestly don’t know what to do.

I called and spoke with Kim, the young lady was very unprofessional. I am a new resident to TX and was told that using this facility would be faster than going to the courts. I was trying to get information about requirements and was not able to get a word in edgewise. She spoke over me and was very defensive when all I needed was an answer. Would not recommend this place, if shes this rude on the phone I can only imagine how she would be in person. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Houston Texans Auto Title Service has exceptional customer service. Ive been having trouble registering a Tesla due to COVID-19. I found Houston Texans Auto Title Service via a quick Google search, and after calling found out that they could not help me (they reached their limit of 5 Tesla registrations for the year). It doesnt end there, however. Kim immediately helped me find another title service provider in Houston that could help me. Not only did she find them - she called them up to confirm they were in business and that they were able to handle my specific issue. It was an incredible experience to speak with someone so genuine and helpful, and I only wish I could have given them my business too.

Don’t trust this place. Saw a young lady parking in a handicap spot even though there were spots a little further away but it was more convenient for this young lady to drop off her UPS packages. No placard, no license plate. If you are too lazy for that what other corners will they cut?

My husband and I needed to do a title transfer. Lines at court were beyond to long and would have took all day long. (Not to mention there were no parking spots available at court.) Came here got the job done without the all day wait. Nkem provided excellent customer service. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Awesome. They stayed late by 30 minutes for me to come get my title transferred and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Well worth the small fee they charge. I highly recommend going here instead of the tax office. I couldnt make it to the tax office bc of their hours. Like I stayed this place stayed late just for me. Awesome service. Very kind. Nkem has made my title issues a thing of the past. I will go through her first each and every time I buy/sell a vehicle. If you have anyone make any mistake on a title (which I often do), shes able to fix it so I dont have to mess with any of the hassle and she knows just what to do. Im not sure what she charges, and Im not telling her anything, but its always cheaper than I think it should be.

I am not normally one to post reviews, and shame on me for not writing this sooner. In all seriousness the level of CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY of work done here is *OUTSTANDING*. I have already recommended this place to friends by word of mouth. Now I am telling all of you reading this: WHETHER YOUR SITUATION IS COMPLICATED AND YOU NEED A TRUSTWORTHY EXPERT TO FIX IT OR YOU JUST NEED A BASIC SERVICE, THIS IS YOUR PLACE.First off I wasnt able to make it until late in the evening right before they closed but they stayed open for me and worked out all of issues. I had already dealt with the county as well as other title places who couldnt help me that day. Im not sure how best to emphasize the following other than by saying - Kem is The Bomb!!! I mean really she is amazing!! I walked in a nervous wreck, with a messy title situation and very limited time on my hands. Kem assured that pretty much whatever it was, it would be taken care legitimately and that I had nothing to worry about. Her brother (who was also working) even reassured me by stating if she says she can do it, then she can do it! I was still concerned but Kems fun and warm personality along with her confidence did comfort me. Long story short she answered all of my questions, was able to make all the proper corrections on my title, and got the title transfer done in an extremely timely fashion.I am still so grateful and blessed to have come here and done business with them and I will continue to do so.
